one of the most commonly used parts of our back lot here at Universal Studios is an area we call Brownstone Street
Brownstone Street allows us to go out and create virtually any part of any major metropolitan city
for instance here off to my side of the tramp you can see an area that we recreated as 1930s Chicago for a film starring Paul Newman or Robert Redford and Robert Shaw
it was a film called The Sting that was released back in 1972 and it won the Academy Award that year for the best picture of that year
off to what would be the driver's side of the tram across the way is the section that we turned into 1930s Kansas City for a film starring Burt Reynolds and Clint Eastwood
two of the biggest stars in all of Hollywood was a film called City Heat and again we use this particular set of buildings to create a time that no longer exists
