Welcome to Vipersoft, one of the leading companies in business. This video will teach you, the employees, what to do every day when going to work.
Before we start however, you may be asking yourself, what is Vipersoft? Vipersoft is a company who makes products for other businesses. So you could put it as a business for businesses.
Now that we have that out of the way, let's begin.
When you first enter the building you are required to punch in at one of our punch in machines, then you will head to your work desk in the office room, where you will log in into your computer. Some of our computers are iMac G3 computers running Mac OS 9, or personal computers running Windows 95.
You can find your login password on your identification card. Just be careful not to lose it. Once you are done with work for today, you may write your daily report and head on home, and yes, you have day offs on the weekends. Just like you would in school.
The computers are quite simple. We have a bunch of pre-installed software on the computers. However, there are some things you should know. The computers are meant for business related tasks only. This will mean the following, only go to websites that are business appropriate, you cannot download anything unless we tell you to, and the only email clients we use are Microsoft exchange, and NetSense.
There will be consequences.
Anyway, let's move on. When you log into Windows, you might need to look at your to-do list that we have provided to you via email. Looks like you need to get a lot of work done Kevin.
While Kevin is getting his work done, let's move on to lesson 3.
