What was that for? Sorry, I didn't notice you there doing nothing Nothing? I would hardly call dreaming about my new, exciting and wonderful life doing nothing What will this new and exciting life be? I think one of Shazza's famous burgers might fill the gap. What do you say, everyone? Sounds good! How about it, Rosie? Your treat? No worries. That'll be forty-five dollars, thanks. Thanks. Hey, love. Hey, love, your card's not working. Hey, love, I said your card's not working. Oh, sorry, just put it on the card. Thanks. Hey, love, your card's not working. You've got no money. Oh, sorry, credit. Thanks. Don't think I can make it any clearer. Oh, you can't. Your card's not working. Insufficient funds, transactions, a client. You've got no money. Shh. What do you mean I've got no money? I can't be right. I can't have spent that much money in three months. Well, love, I can't say I'm surprised. What, were you splashing your money around with those fancy friends of yours? There must be a mistake. I mean, all my inheritance gone. I don't understand. I think she's out of cash. Oh. I knew it was too good to last. I think it's time for a new scene. Hey, guys. I just need a bit of cash to cover this. There's something wrong with my card, but it's cool, though. I'll just get another one. Don't look at me. Yeah, I'm totally broke. And I'm totally out of here. But wait. Where are you guys going? We've got stuff to do. Places to go. People to see, you know. But hey, it's been fun. But I thought you guys were my friends. I mean, we have had so much fun together. And we went shopping and roller skating and dancing. And I can't believe you're just leaving me like this. Cheers. Cheers. When you're blue and feeling down, true friends stick around. The ones who'll always stay when all have gone away. Choose your friends. Please be smart. Listen to, listen to your heart. A friend who loves, who cares for you, stays around, always be true. Day after day, Rosie would walk the streets of the city looking for work. She went to interview after interview and audition after audition with the same response. Sorry, you're just not what we're looking for. Her dream of becoming a star was now a distant memory. She sold everything she owned to pay her bills. And now she's just been kicked out of her apartment as well. How's it going, love? I've lost everything. I've got no money, no food, no friends, and nowhere to go. What am I gonna do? Oh, love, I'd love to help you, but I already got ten kids of me own. No room to swing a cat at my place. Look, I'll tell you what I can do for you. It's not much, but you'll be safe here. And if you sort that rubbish into those bins there, then I can give you first choice of leftovers from the food in the diner. What's all this fussing about, eh? I'm offering you a place to rest, you sweet little hen. Food straight from the tables of my diner. Where's your gratitude, eh? You don't understand. Not even the workers on my dad's farm live like this. Well, then, I'd be suggesting you go back to your daddy, because this is no place for a girl like you. I can't go back. I wasted all the money he gave me. I'd be so disappointed. He wouldn't want me back. Love, I'm sure your daddy loves you very much, and he'd be more than happy to see you home safe and sound. He does love me. Well, he did. And I think I've just ruined everything. What have you got to lose, eh? Goodness gracious. I've got to get back to the kids. Why don't you just go home and see for yourself, eh? Oh, my goodness. Each night, Rosie would return to the dumpster, which she now called home. She could see the bright lights and hear music in the diner. Her friends would walk straight past and laugh at her. Her clothes were dirty and ragged, and she stunk from living amongst the rubbish. Rosie had never felt more lonely in her life. She had nowhere to turn for help. She longed to be back home, sitting on the porch, listening to her father's stories, and sharing a meal with her family. If only she knew what her father was thinking. Was he missing her? Would he welcome her back home? I just can't go back, but I need a place to stay. I can't go on, I'm all alone. I wonder what he'd say. If only you would come back to your father, cause I'm waiting just to see if you'll come to me. Cause one day I'll know, I'll see you face to face. And it will be so much more than any dream I had before. I'll hold on to you, and love will carry through. Cause you and me will always be together, forever, always. Each morning I wake up, and I wonder where you are. Just look at me, what would you see? I thought I'd go so far, and you know I want to too. I just want you. This can't go on, but is there something more? I'll never close the door. Cause one day I'll know, I'll see you face to face. And it will be so much more than any dream I had before. I'll hold on to you, and love will carry through. Cause you and me will always be together, forever, I believe. What if I go back? Would you run to comfort me? I just have to go back, I have to go and see. I would hold on to you, and never let you go. Give me, I love you all. Cause one day I'll know, I'll see you face to face. And it will be so much more than any dream I had before. I'll hold on to you, and love will carry through. Cause you and me will always be together, forever, I believe. Oh, it's you. I can't believe it's you. Oh, I've dreamt of this day ever since you left. Oh, Daddy. Can you ever forgive me? I don't deserve to be your child. I wasted all the money you gave me. I was wrong, I was selfish. And Daddy, they were so horrible to me. Enough. You're home now, and we must celebrate. Don't you know there is nothing that would make me stop loving you? Let's have a barbecue, a feast. The biggest party this town has seen, because my child that was lost is now found. Look, look, your sister has come home. Come on, we must celebrate. Well, hang on a minute. Wait just a minute. I have been working here on this farm the whole time that that spoiled girl has been partying and wasting all the money you gave her, and you've never thrown a party for me. Oh, my child, you have been with me here all this time, and you know that I love you, but we thought we'd lost Rosie forever, and now she has returned. But she never called or wrote you any letters, and you worried about her every single day, and she spent all the money you gave her. Oh, darling, the farm and everything I have belongs to you, but now Rosie has nothing but our love. You know that I love you both equally, and now we can celebrate together. The story of the prodigal child can be found in the Bible in Luke chapter 15. Jesus told us a story so we could learn some very important lessons. You know, choosing your friends can be one of the most important choices you can ever make. Rosie's friends weren't good friends at all. They were only interested in what they could get out of the friendship, not what they could give. When the good times were over, they disappeared. A true friend sticks around no matter what. You know, God uses a lot of different ways to help us learn how to live a happy life. Sometimes he uses people to teach us important things. Shazza tried to warn Rosie about those not-so-nice friends of hers, and you'll be amazed at how God will reach you. So spend time with him every day and talk to him about what's happening in your life. You know, Rosie thought her father wouldn't love her anymore because of all the wrong things that she'd done. Rosie's sister thought her father would love her more because she'd worked hard and did all the right things. But it didn't make any difference to the love the father had for them. He loved them both equally, and nothing could change that. You know, Jesus' love is just like that. There's nothing we can do to make him love us more or less. He created us, he died for us, and he wants to be with us, together forever. I think that's worth celebrating. Yeah! Amazing grace, I'll sing the sound That I've made for a friend like you I know what it's like, but now, now, now What's life, but now I see Turn up the music, come celebrate My child has a home, got a moment to late The angels in heaven sing and rejoice As one lonely lost child returns home by choice Amazing grace, how sweet the sound That saved a wretch like me I once was lost, but now am found Was blind, but now I see Turn up the music, come celebrate My child has come home, got a moment to late The angels in heaven sing and rejoice As one lonely lost child returns home by choice Amazing grace, how sweet the sound That saved a wretch like me I was lost, but now am found Was blind, but now I see I've been set free Turn up the music, come celebrate My child has come home, got a moment to late The angels in heaven sing and rejoice As one lonely lost child returns home by choice As one lonely lost child Blinds, amazing grace You know there's nothing more exciting or more amazing Than worshipping Jesus and when I wrote this song I prayed that he would give me the words That he wanted to hear so that I could praise him With all of my heart In Psalm 135 verse 3 it says Praise the Lord for he is good Celebrate his wonderful name with music And when rockfish gets together that's what we love to do Sometimes you might feel left out And it seems you're all alone inside You want to cry and you think nobody knows But there is someone who's been through it too And he'll be there no matter what you do Jesus, I love you You will always be there for me Every day I'll live my life for you Jesus, Jesus There's nothing I could do To make you love me more I'm everything to you I'm the one you died for And I believe there's a special plan for me You are all I want, you're all I need Jesus, I love you You will always be there for me Every day I'll live my life for you Jesus, Jesus Nothing could compare To the love you have for me All because of you Lord I will see Jesus, I love you You will always be there for me Every day I'll live my life for you Jesus, Jesus Jesus, I love you You will always be there for me Every day I'll live my life for you Every day I'll live my life for you Every day I'll live my life for you Jesus, Jesus Hey Roxy Hey Roxy Hey Roxy How are ya?
