Greg, it has been a very wild day here on the UAlbany campus. In fact, just a little while ago, four more arrests when students refused to leave the administration building here behind me when it closed. But still, it's much more quiet than a couple of hours ago. Students pushing their way into the administration building at UAlbany after learning 11 fellow protesters who had been staging a sit-in in the president's office were just arrested. Cries of police brutality. We're met by him and he started pushing us. There are six people behind me on the stairs and he threw me, pushed me. I landed at the bottom of the flight of stairs. The campus police chief moved in. We'll certainly do an internal investigation. The trespassers hauled off via tunnels to the campus police station. Still fighting. One girl carried on a stretcher after refusing to walk, others carried in by hand. The protest started peacefully this morning with two dozen students, some outside angry over social issues. Justice for the workers, justice for the children that are working in sweatshops. An inside yelling from the second floor windows in the president's office outraged over the recent E. coli outbreak blamed on the campus food service company. What do we say to Sodexo Marriott? Fully! Fully! Get off of our campus! If Sodexo Marriott can't behave responsibly, its services should be terminated. Then more protests, this time much quieter while waiting for the arrested students to be released. At the very least, students had hoped to meet with the university president today in a regularly scheduled meeting. But President Hitchcock canceled that meeting because of all the tension on campus. Her office does tell us she plans to reschedule. Live on the UAlbany campus, I'm Karen Myers, Fox 23 News. It happened about an hour ago between Fuller and Brevedore on Washington Ave. One male and one female are confirmed as the two people dead. No names yet. It appears as though this cavalier was traveling at a high rate of speed, weaving in and out of traffic when it crossed the yellow line and hit the Honda Accord head on. Both occupants in that Accord died at the scene. The driver of the cavalier was taken to Albany Med. We're told with serious injuries, we will have more tonight at 10 o'clock. The man accused of sneaking around inside a Queensbury...
