. Live local and late breaking next on KTOL My News the issue of energy dominating presidential politics on this Friday. Bush and Gore trading charges about oil and the environment and whether to drill in some pristine land. You'll hear the debate ahead. Plus government employees showing their support for striking MTA workers latest in the news. . Live local late breaking this is KTOL My News at nine. . We're now paying a steep price for seven and a half years without an energy policy. For those facing the cold of winter or facing choices. How do you get out of the cold. Or facing choices on how to keep the nation running this is a campaign point that hits home. Energy where to find it how to get it to the people cheaper. We should no more saddle our children and grandchildren with the cost of cleaning up our pollution. And paying for short sighted energy policies then we should saddle them with the burden of paying our budget deficit. George W. Bush and Al Gore are heading to stage for next week's first presidential debate today they traded barbs on how to deal with the soaring cost of energy with winter coming on it's an issue that's hitting close to home for millions of Americans are Sandra Mitchell is here now with more on the politics of oil Sandra Sylvia and Jerry a vast stretch of Alaska comes front and center in the race for president and Al Gore and George W. Bush have vastly different views on the issue. The first debate now just four days away it seems both are fine tuning their arguments on oil. Back east it's getting colder and the election is getting closer governor George Bush talked about both in a Michigan campaign stop today. We're now paying a steep price for seven and a half years without an energy policy. Americans are concerned about the staying power of our prosperity and more immediately they're concerned about paying their bills in the winter to come. But before the cold of December comes November and one day of decision. Bush on the offensive lashing out at the vice president calling Gore's policy on alternative energy sources fuzzy and futuristic. Bush says the U.S. has the resources to reduce dependency on foreign oil and to get it he wants to drill in Alaskan protected land. Gore argued such a move would damage the environment and be ineffective. I think it's a mistake because it's an environmental treasure and it wouldn't produce any oil for many years to come and then it would only produce a few months worth. So you destroy an environmental treasure or put it very much at risk. Bush aides admit it would take four to five years to get the Arctic oil but insist in the long term it would yield as much oil as the U.S. currently imports from Iraq. The vice president says he would rather protect his refuge than gain the energy but this is a false choice. We can do both taking out energy and leaving only footprints. Al Gore says he just won't sacrifice the environment for energy not now not in the future. We should no more saddle our children and grandchildren with the cost of cleaning up our pollution and paying for short-sighted energy policies than we should saddle them with the burden of paying our budget deficits. Bush says under the Clinton administration the energy situation is so bad right now we could be headed for a recession but both sides did agree on one thing today that the government should set up a fund to help low-income families pay for their heat this winter. Jerry back to you. Okay Sandra thousands of employees took to the streets today in support of the two-week striking MTA bus drivers paramedics bus drivers teachers gathered downtown. They urged Mayor Reardon to get involved in the labor dispute. Reardon still stands with the MTA but strikers got support from local state and national politicians. The drivers think Governor Gray Davis can end the negotiating stalemate by signing Senate bill 1101. But it also protects us MTA UTU drivers in the years to come. If the governor vetoes the bill drivers fear the MTA will hire other drivers at lower wages. Los Angeles has seen a janitor strike screen actors guild members picketing in the MTA walkout. Now county workers will be the next to hit the picket lines. Members of the service employees International Union will begin rolling walkouts on Monday. Our Andre Morrill live downtown with more on that story Andre. That's right we're outside Union Local 660 this would be strike central for 47,000 workers if that walkout happens on Monday. Let me show you where the action was earlier today was at the Weston Bonaventure downtown hundreds of workers together and what at times resembled a pep rally poised to begin that series of one day strikes on Monday if no contract comes and a major fallout October 11th that means all 47,000 walking out at the same time if no settlement. What the workers want they say is simple that's to get a piece of the current pie of prosperity. And here we are now in the year 2000 in the longest sustained period of economic growth in this century and what's on the table is 3% a year which doesn't even keep pace with the cost of living. Government employees don't just get wages they have very good retirement system and they have very good benefits and it is a package. Talks continue today and tonight they continue at the Weston Bonaventure as they will all weekend long and all weekend long as they attempt and try to avert a strike which would begin on Monday. We are live in downtown Los Angeles I'm Andre Moro KCAL 9 News. Andre investigators have arrested the man they believe shot a sheriff's deputy in the head. 23 year old Omar Jimenez is charged with two counts of attempted murder. He's accused of shooting deputy Michael Schaub earlier this month during a traffic stop in Whittier. Today Ramirez who claims he's innocent talked exclusively with KCAL. I just want to clear this up and because I found out that they're looking for me and I want to make this better. Jimenez won't say if he was at the scene the morning of the shooting but investigators confirm his vehicle was nearby. Jimenez has been ordered held on two million dollars bail. He's due back in court October 11th. A two-car accident in Whittier this afternoon left one woman dead and a teenage girl in critical condition. The accident occurred along Citrus Tree Road in Santa Gertrude's Avenue near two schools as they let out for the day. Witnesses say the driver of the Cadillac wrapped around the tree had become impatient in traffic and bolted down the street into another car. She took off going full bore about 50 miles an hour down the street. She clipped a few cars here. When I turned around I saw a red car spinning which is that red there was a red car over there and she just hit hit that tree. The driver of the other car suffered only minor injuries. K-CAL 9 News continues with Jerry Dunphy and Silvia Lopez. Firestone tires faces a new investigation. Federal regulators are now checking out two more tire types that could be dangerous. The government has received nearly 170 complaints since August about the Firestone Steeltex R4S found as original equipment on all Ford excursions and AT light tires found on some Ford pickups, General Motors Suburbans and GMC vans. There are reports of two deaths and twelve injuries in this latest investigation. The problems are the same as with other recalled Firestone tires, blowouts and tread separation. And the Florida Attorney General is asking a judge to unseal confidential documents linked to defective recalled Firestones. Papers involve a lawsuit by a family injured in a Ford Explorer that used the tires. Florida has the second highest number of deaths linked to the recalled tires. Attorney General Bob Butterworth says the documents are needed to determine if Firestone is guilty of trying to defraud the public. There are several liability lawsuits across the country against Firestone. Tonight actor Clint Eastwood is savoring a real life courtroom victory. A jury made his day by deciding the famous actor and hotel owner does not have to pay damages to a disabled woman. She claimed his mission ranch in was not sufficiently wheelchair accessible. Our Jane Velez Mitchell has details. You apologize like I know you're going to. On the one side Clint Eastwood, famous for his tough guy roles like Dirty Harry that exude a don't mess with me image. On the other side Diane Zumbrunen who has muscular dystrophy and sued Eastwood in 1997, a year after she says she had dinner with her husband at Eastwood's Mission Ranch Inn in the Carmel area. The jury toured the inn after hearing Zumbrunen's complaints, one that the wheelchair accessible bathroom was in another building more than 200 feet away. Two that the only wheelchair accessible guest room was more than twice as expensive as some other rooms. Eastwood says his insurance company had pressured him to settle but the actor refused. If you're right you don't settle. If you're wrong then you settle and I just felt I was right here I was sandbagged. Today the eight jurors in the U.S. District Court case came down with a verdict in Eastwood's favor saying he does not have to pay damages to Zumbrunen and finding him liable for only two minor violations. Zumbrunen's attorney is considering an appeal but says the case has already forced changes. The issues of this case that were important for us at the outset and that is improving the conditions at Mission Ranch those things happened so to the extent that we had a case that caused Mission Ranch to do something positive that is to put the ramp in to have the accessible rooms to put the automated things all which happened as a consequence of it those are very positive things. Eastwood contends the case was about someone trying to get money out of a man who was admittedly rich and famous. We couldn't talk about the fact that Mrs. Zumbrunen sued the Heritage House in Mendocino and got a $20,000 settlement. I noticed on TV last night she was saying that she would give any money that she got to charity well why didn't she give that money to charity. Mr. Burris likes to say it was celebrity and I got some celebrity well being a celebrity doesn't offset a person who is who is disabled in a courtroom. Clint Eastwood who was 70 bought the former dairy farm in 1987 for more than four million dollars. He appeared in court every day since the trial began September 19th and after the verdict he shook hands with the jurors and gave them autographs. Jane Velez Mitchell KCAL 9 News back to you. The hotel now reportedly has two wheelchair accessible rooms instead of one. The new movie Remember the Titans stars Denzel Washington as a football coach but the movie is about more than just football. Our entertainment reporter Kerry Bergland gives us the highlights. Greek mythology the Titans were greater even than the gods. They ruled their universe with absolute power. What that football feel out there tonight that's our universe. Let's rule it like Titans in 1971 things were changing. Schools were beginning the painful process of integration. Kids were being forced to learn about each other's differences and get along in a way no generation of Americans before them had to. And in Alexandria Virginia it all started with the football team. It's a summer before busing started coach Herman Boone is hired on as the head football coach a black man entering what was until then a very white area and school but Boone saw the bigger picture of what needed to be done and started doing it. It's not that difficult to change them. It took a week of boot camp basically they came home different people and then were thrown back into this world. Black families all on one side white families on all on the other side so the kids are willing. I think that they're willing now. The overwhelming majority of them are. Some are still being taught the wrong things some are under peer pressure to feel the wrong way. The kids on the team eventually learn to get along they are given little choice Boone assigns them the task of learning about each other and then slowly the walls start to come down. Does the term cruel and unusual punishment mean anything to you? You want to be honest? All right honestly I think you're nothing. Nothing but a pure waste that God given talent. But don't let the setting or the star fool you this is not a football film nor is it a Denzel Washington vehicle but he does once again shine. I'm trying to do only do films that I am passionate about you know it's too late in the day to do otherwise. Remember the Titans is an unforgettable film Denzel Washington continues to be at the top of his game but this is not a movie all about the star it's a team effort where everyone on the team gives 100 percent. This is one of the best times I've had watching a film all year. In Hollywood I'm Kerry Bergland K cal 9 news. And remember the Titans is now playing in theaters everywhere. It is 68 degrees and the humidity right now 73 percent wind variable in direction, but it is at six miles an hour and the temperatures steady and are high for the afternoon below normal. Well, short of that record set last year of 102 degrees. My oh my. All right. Here's how things look out across the West. Low clouds and fog torn up and tattered. We have a little bit of an offshore flow tonight, although it's not that strong to blow him well out to sea. That is the low clouds and fog, but just strong enough to warm us up for tomorrow. Tonight, maybe some patchy low clouds along the immediate coast. After that, it's up warmer temperatures in the valleys. I'd say mid to upper 80s tomorrow for the valleys, mid to low 80s for the basin. Beaches beautiful into the 70s and then tomorrow night a little bit stronger onshore flow. Sunday's temperatures about pretty much like Saturdays. We'll keep it right there, but then next week we'll get the onshore flow back. Things will start cooling down and we'll have some more typical weather for this time of year. But for the weekend we get a break with some very nice weather. Meanwhile, across the country, some showers across the parts of the central plains, up into the Great Lakes, and then down across the southeast, some afternoon thunderstorms popping up and those thunderstorms around Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Tonight, the end is here for Long Beach Community Medical Center. Tonight, patients and hospital workers are searching for a new facility to call home. Officials at the Long Beach Community Medical Center say it has financial hardship and it's forced them to close their doors. Dave Clark joins us live now from Long Beach with the latest. Dave, what do you have for us? Well, Jerry, we're standing in front of the Community Medical Center right now. The lights are still on. The building's still standing there, but it's official. The Long Beach Community Medical Center has officially closed its doors. Now, the people who depend on that medical center, the people who work there, the neighbors around here who depended on the medical center for health care, they knew this was coming, but it still hurt. There were tears, lots of tears. It's quite upsetting to myself, the whole team, and the community. There was a linking of arms outside of the hospital's front doors. One last time, as Long Beach Memorial Medical Center shut down for good. Three, two, one, we're here! Oh my God, I said I can't believe it. It's awful, you know. I don't know what to do. I wish I were a millionaire so I can have it reopened. And people that have worked here for years are going to go out of business. They're going to lose their homes, their cars. Employees and patients were told by the hospital's owner, Catholic Healthcare West, that there were big financial problems and $2.8 million was needed to keep the 320-bed hospital open. The money never came. Dr. Robert Goble ran the high-tech cancer center right across the street until today. We have $4 million of the most modern, highest-tech radiation therapy equipment in Southern California just sitting idle. And you can't use it now. I can't use it. Nobody can use it. All day, the newspaper headlines stared employees and area residents in the face. Now it's real. It doesn't make sense, you know. It's just sad. That's all. Money to me is nothing. I'd rather take care of people's lives. That's more important. And right now, the fate of that building, that's still being determined. Patient services is being shipped around to other neighborhood hospitals and health centers. But as for right now, the Long Beach Community Medical Center is closed. People are coming by. They're lighting candles out front, leaving cards. But unfortunately, there are no employees inside to see it. We're live in Long Beach. I'm Dave Clark, K-Cal 9 News. Back to you. A nurse known for her ability to give children painless injections is out of a job and under investigation. She's accused of faking the shots for more than 1,000 patients. The nurse worked at this family practice in Sullivan, Indiana for 11 years. She was supposed to vaccinate children for measles, mumps, chicken pox and other diseases, but officials say she never did. There was a question of, yes, did they get any of it at all or did they just get an inadequate amount? And I don't have an answer for that. Investigators say right now, there are no reports of deaths or illness from the nurse's actions, but officials are still trying to figure out why she did it. The case has been referred to the state's attorney general. New legislation on the table tonight aimed at reducing the number of hate crimes in California school campuses. Officials held a news conference today at Fairfax High. They urged Governor Gray Davis to sign the landmark bill that would require human relations classes be included in the curriculum and hate crimes and hate-related incidents be added to school safety reports. This is closer to pinpointing the hot spots, tracking patterns, isolating types, targets and tools of hate crime perpetrators. Only then can we effectively target our limited resources to begin to break the cycle of intolerance. Today's press conference was held at Fairfax High School because it's an ethnic melting pot with students who speak a combined 36 languages. She was victimized in her home, but Estella Gafaglio survived and is sharing her terrifying story with us. They took out one rifle and one gun and one put it to right here and the other one, I'm so sorry, the other one put it on my stomach and they said that if I cooperate that everything would be okay. I even kneeled down on the ground and I begged them not to touch me, please not to hurt me or do anything to me physically. So they tied my hands with some duct tape and then they were going to put some tape over my eyes and my mouth. I said there's no need for that. I will definitely cooperate in whatever you need in this house. So he said okay, you stay quiet and my partner is going to go around the whole house for just a little bit. Don't panic. Well I did. I, you know, I trembled, I cried, I did what every woman I guess alone would do. He said I'm so sorry I have to do this but to you because you're a nice lady but my partner here is a psycho and he's in drugs right now and he's doing a shipment from, he's bringing in a shipment from Utah and I have to do this to you. I'm so sorry I had to do this to you but I have to do it. Two suspects have been arrested in connection with the home invasion. They were picked up in Mexico. It's now bloodshed in Jerusalem as Israel, Israelis celebrate the Jewish New Year and the start of the high holidays. At a mosque compound in the city, Palestinians threw stones at Israeli riot police who fired back rubber bullets and live rounds. Four Palestinians were killed, 175 others wounded, 44 police officers including the Jerusalem chief were hit by stones. When authority accused Israel of igniting a holy war, Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak says the Palestinians incited the clash. A disappointing turnout in the latest demonstrations in Yugoslavia calling for President Slobodan Milosevic to step down. Two protests in Belgrade's main square, one in the afternoon, the other at night drew only 50,000 people not the hundreds of thousands that opposition leaders had hoped for. Milosevic admits he finished second in Sunday's presidential election but he refuses to step aside. Instead, he's demanding a runoff claiming no candidate got a majority vote. A search is underway off the coast of Bahrain tonight for the pilot of a Navy fighter jet that went down in the Persian Gulf. The F-A-18 Hornet went down this morning shortly after taking off from the USS Abraham Lincoln aircraft carrier. The pilot flying the jet, similar to this one, was performing routine practice landings on the carrier at the time. Search teams have recovered some of the wreckage but so far tonight, no sign of the pilot. Prince William speaks up. In a rare interview, the young Prince of Wales talked about his past, his future, and life after his mother's death. Our Dave Gonzalez has details. It was the first face-to-face interview for Britain's hottest young royal and a rare opportunity for reporters. William had always made very clear his dislike of the press as he was growing up and his mother Princess Diana did her best to protect him. But today, Prince William met with reporters to talk about his plans to travel to southern Chile. With an expedition team, he will do community and environmental work. I wanted to do something constructive in my gap year rather than, I mean, I could do quite a lot of work, but I thought this was a bit more of a way of making, trying to help people out and meet a whole range of different people from different countries and at the same time helping people in remote areas of Chile. William raised the $8,000 for the trip himself. He will work with 110 other young volunteers. I'm doing an environmental project, a community project, and I think at the end there's an adventure project. The prince was also asked about the recently published book written by his mother's former private secretary, Patrick Jefferson. It depicts Diana as manipulative, emotionally disturbed, and occasionally cruel. Well, of course, Harry and I are both quite upset about it, that our mother's trust has been betrayed and that even now she's still being exploited. But I don't really want to say any more on that. David Gonzalez, KKL9 News. When he returns from South America, Prince William plans to attend St. Andrew's University in Scotland. Well, he was once the most powerful godfather in the underworld. A report tonight. Imprisoned mobster John Gotti is once more battling cancer. Gotti's been transferred to the Federal Prison Hospital in Springfield, Missouri. Two years ago, doctors removed a cancerous tumor from his neck. The cancer reportedly is back and spreading aggressively. Gotti's family won't comment tonight. Once considered the nation's most powerful mobster, Gotti is serving a life term for murder and racketeering. Paintings by two of America's most notorious killers up for sale, John Wayne Gacy and Charles Manson. The artwork brought in more than $2,000 and an auction in Philadelphia. Some people were disgusted with the whole event. Murder victims don't only just die and they're not here any longer. They leave wives and husbands and children and grandchildren. This is such an affront to them. Gacy was executed for killing 33 young men and boys. Manson is in a California prison for masterminding the Tate Lobbianca murders. It was our K-Cal 9 exclusive, a prime assignment report that exposed a tow truck operation that ripped off stranded motorists. Today, the man accused of running the alleged scam appeared in a Santa Ana courtroom. Nasser Saleh and five others denied charges that they advertised low prices, then charged ripoff rates to unsuspecting drivers. I also want to enter a plea of not giving an all-counts on the outcome of my plan. You may recall Nasser Saleh angrily confronted our David Goldstein, whose report included an undercover video of the price gouging operation. Prosecutors say our investigation helped lead to his arrest. Well, tonight at 1030, our money man, Alan Mendelson, shows us his best buys for fall. Here's a preview. Because of the strong economy, a lot of companies overproduce, hoping that the extra merchandise they make will sell. And when the extra merchandise does not sell, it goes to outlets and liquidators. These men's dress shirts are $5 each because the shirt industry was loaded with extra fabric. And suit factory liquidators in Hollywood made a deal with the factory for the shirts. Buy the piece goods and make the shirts ourselves in the same factory that all the major brand names are made, stick our own label. We're able to sell them then only for $5 a shirt. The Paul Renne label is a made up name. In fact, a lot of companies now use their own made up labels to cut costs. Made up names also generate bigger profits for department stores that also sell brand names. And that's what they make the money. They make more money on the private label than really on the so-called, on the other famous brand name, which is very, very little money there. Rossini is another made up label on shirts made for suit factory liquidators. Okay, what's your price on these? $10 only. That's it. Now that's because you're the manufacturer. Well if you're craving seafood, we've got something for ya. Tons and tons of tasty lobster. The Port of Los Angeles 3 Day Lobster Festival is underway. 12 tons of lobster arrive for Southern California's largest seafood festival ever. The family oriented food event is set up in Port Sicale Village on the waterfront in San Pedro. Some kids couldn't quite figure out how to eat the shellfish. We've been told that more than 20,000 lobster meals are going to be served throughout this weekend. The festival runs until midnight tonight and tomorrow and until 8 p.m. on Sunday. Lots there. We kind of like it when a good forecast turns out to be right. I think it's going to be a quick forecast. Carl is singing and dancing about lobsters. You see the way they were inspecting those things and not knowing what to do. I had to go down there as a paid instructor. I'd show them how to wop it right off and get right in there. Let's take a look at the current conditions and get started on this weekend forecast. That is just absolutely, I'll just go ahead and tell you right now, fabulous. Right now we have clear skies. It is 67 degrees in downtown LA. Humidity 78 percent. Wind calm right now. Not rustling up too much. The barometers are 29.84 inches and it is rising. High for the day 77. Normal is 82. I thought that jet passed by. Not sure we were at 102. That was a record. But this year, not quite. Can't even get back to normal. Anyway, off we go into the open waters of the Atlantic. Talk about three named storms. Hurricane season really underway now. We have Isaac here. Isaac is still headed away from land. Good news on Isaac is maybe just some high seas across parts of the northeastern coastline and up through portions of Canada. It's not going to affect anybody beyond that. It's well out to sea. Down to the south, torn up and tattered as it is, we have Joyce. It's a tropical storm now. It could become a hurricane later this weekend. And for now, no watches or warnings posted as a result of the storm. But tomorrow or Sunday, Barbados may be the first areas to be under a watch or a warning. Right now it could either be a tropical storm or a hurricane watch, depending how Joyce stays or falls apart. And right here, and it's Keith, and it's pretty much not well organized. It's kind of meandering. It's got a little bit of a drift at about three miles per hour toward the north northwest. And we'll kind of just fade out the clouds here, give you a better idea of what land masses are involved here. Just the northern edge here are the clouds around Cuba, Yucatan Peninsula, Central America. It's kind of drifting out into the open waters of the Gulf. Could become a hurricane later this weekend. But for now, it's just kind of getting itself organized down there in the Caribbean Sea. Five-day forecast here, low 80s for the weekend, which is normal for this time of year. And then we go below normal for Tuesday, Wednesday, but still quite delightful across Southern California. Still, nothing out on the horizon in terms of a strong Santa Ana wind event. And here we are in fall. Good news, I suppose. Back to you guys. Excellent. Well, coming up in sports, Coach Knight has a new job. This is all kind of very bad. For my class project, what do you think of Prop 39? Well we need new classrooms to reduce class size and 39 can help. It allows taxpayers to decide how school bond money is spent. And requires two independent audits to make sure school bond funds aren't wasted. 39 caps the amount that property taxes can be raised by a school bond. But do a little homework. Log on and check it out for yourself. Join AARP California, the California PTA and the League of Women Voters and vote yes on 39. I'm hitting you off right now. Yeah, I've been doing this for about 17-18 years and I can't think of another instance when this has happened. I don't get it. Apparently when the playoffs roll around in any sport, we know one thing, it won't be a tie. We'll have a winner. Apparently not anymore. Let's go to Kansas City for game one of the Galaxy and the Wizards. First half no score, Wizards almost score. Trekkie takes a shot, Kevin Hartman kicks it out. The game went in in a scoreless tie. Game two is Tuesday at the Rose Bowl in this best two out of three. They let it end in a tie. They're hoping it'll settle itself out over the next couple of games. What is that? Well now Pat Knight, the son of Exiled Indiana coach Bobby Knight has a new job. Pat, who was an assistant to his dad at Indiana, will now be an assistant at Akron. Bobby Knight still hasn't found a job and is considering suing his old school over his firing. College football, UCLA will host Arizona State at the Rose Bowl tomorrow night while USC travels to Corvallis to take on Oregon State. Trojans coach Paul Hackett says, this is a different Beaver's team than the one that finishes last in the Pac-10 almost every year. Well and the difference is their defense. That's where they're different. They're leading in all the categories in the conference. Different in speed, as good a secondary as we're going to play all year long, playing very confident, playing at a big tempo. Energetic middle linebacker, redshirt freshman, new guy running around. I mean, this is a different energy in this football team. The Angels are involved in a big game tonight down in Anaheim against Seattle. First inning, Troy Gloss goes deep for his league leading 46th homer. It's good for three runs. And the Angels have beat the Mariners. The final score, 9-3 in that game. And because of that, Seattle now drops out of first place in the American League West. Elsewhere on the baseball scoreboard, you will see, or maybe you won't, I can tell you that Texas is playing Oakland right now. Oakland's got the lead 6-3 in earlier. Cleveland was victorious. The Dodgers are finishing their season in San Diego against the Padres. That's Chan Ho Park driving the ball deep to right field. Chan Ho with his second homerun of the season. Gary Sheffield has hit a lot more than Chan Ho. That's number 43. And right now, the Dodgers have a 3-0 lead over the Padres. And that homerun by Gary Sheffield, guys, ties Duke Snyder's all-time Dodger record. So if he can get another one over the weekend, he'll set the all-time mark. Thanks, John. That's not a normal reunion. In this one, everyone's undercover, or was. It's the Convention of Spies coming up. But first, a look ahead to the top of the hour. Pat Harvey for that. Pat?
