Hi, kids. Did I hear someone talking about me? Look at those ears. Hey, where did you come from?
Many, many years ago, Michael, during a time that was very frightening for children.
It's scary now, but nothing frightens me. Dream Bunny, sometimes I get a little scared. Is that silly or what?
Absolutely not. Nikki, exactly what are you afraid of?
Well, sometimes when I'm alone in my room at night, I get a little afraid, you know, because it's dark and nobody's there.
You too?
Well, you know, Nikki, the world is the same in the dark of night as the light of day.
But when I was a little bunny, I had a nightlight in my room, and it really helped.
It's perfectly all right to be afraid, however. We all need a place that's safe. Dreamland is that place.
And you can learn to dance, sing, read, and have lots of fun all at the same time.
Then when you return to Daytimeville, you'll be able to remember everything you've learned in Dreamland.

Yes, Kiana. You see, Daytimeville is where you spend all of your time when you're not here visiting Dreamland.
It's the time you spend at home, in school, with your friends.
You know, daytime, home, you get it?

Dream Bunny, how did we first get to Dreamland?
Well, let me tell you all about the night before little Anna...
That's Auntie Anna!
...discovered me in the snow on her doorstep.
The sky was dark, there was a brilliant rainbow, thousands of stars, even a huge crescent moon.
That was the beginning, Dreamland.
Soon children from all over the world appeared in Dreamland.
Laughing, singing, and learning about all the good things in life.
Dream Bunny, I remember when I was about four years old.
It was a sad time for me because my daddy wasn't around.
I was unhappy and wanted to be in a very safe place.
One night, before I fell asleep, I remember looking out my window.
What happened, Jessica? Tell us what happened!
Yes, tell us! Please tell us!
Well, the sky was dark, but full of color all at the same time.
I also saw a huge moon, and it looked like it was smiling down on me.
Remember, I was only four at the time.
Anyway, the next morning, the cutest little stuffed toy was on my bed.
A bunny, and he was wearing a night cap.
I thought Mommy had put him on my bed to cheer me up.
Now, whenever I feel sad, I just talk to my Dream Bunny and I'm happy.
I couldn't have said it any better myself.
Dreamland is that very special place you can go when you're sad, or you're afraid,
or you just need someone to talk to.
You see, when you arrive in Dreamland and talk about any sadness or fears that you may have,
they just sort of fade away.
Now, I know it's sad without your daddy,
but you know he loves you even if he can't be with you all the time.
