G'day, I'm Colin and this is the beautiful Australian bush. It's all part of the wonderful world that God made. And there's lots and lots to see when you're out here in the bush. Take a look. There's trees, lots of trees, aren't there? Big ones and small ones. There's all sorts of other plants. Flowers. Beautiful, aren't they? Streams and creeks. Even waterfalls. Rocks and big cliffs. And if you look very carefully, birds. See? The world is very, very big, isn't it? And God made it. He's a very, very big God, isn't he? There's a song about that. Do you know this? My God is so big, so strong and so mighty, there's nothing my God cannot do. That's true. My God is so big, so strong and so mighty, there's nothing my God cannot do. That's true. The mountains are His, the valleys are His, the stars are His handiwork too. My God is so big, so strong and so mighty, there's nothing my God cannot do. That's true. We're singing it again. This time a really big, big. All right. My God is so big, so strong and so mighty, there's nothing my God cannot do. That's true. My God is so big, so strong and so mighty, there's nothing my God cannot do. That's true. The mountains are His, the valleys are His, the stars are His handiwork too. Biggest one in the world. My God is so big. All right. So strong and so mighty, there's nothing my God cannot do. That's true. All the stars in the outback sky, though ever so many they be, God made each one, He knows them all, and He knows you and me. Remember the Lord. I'm just reading from the Bible. The Bible is God's Word. It's where we learn about God and His only Son, Jesus Christ. And there's something here that Jesus said to his friends. It's in Matthew chapter 10, verse 29. I'll read it. And not two sparrows sold for a penny, yet not one of them will fall to the ground apart from the will of your father. And even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. So don't be afraid. You are worth more than many sparrows. You see, the Bible teaches us that God cares for the animals. And He cares for you and me too. He cares for Aussie animals too. I wonder if you can guess what this animal is. You ready? Ah, ah, ah, ah, ah. Can you do that? Ah. Do you know what it is? It's a crow, an old black crow. Now here's another one. Down we go. Wobble, wobble, wobble, wobble, wobble, wobble. Dig, dig, dig, dig, dig, dig, dig, dig. Dig, dig, dig, dig, dig, dig, dig. You know what that is? It's a wombat, a wombat. One more. Ah, down for this one. Go right down low. Like this. Legs, arms. You know what it is? It's a sort of a lizard. Rhymes with a becko. It's a gecko. Gecko. Bit dirty now. Last one. Can you get this one? I think you know it. Boing, boing, hop, hop, hop. Kangaroo. Hop, hop, hop. Jump like a kangaroo. Good. So, God cares for the old black crow. Ah, ah. The wombat, the gecko, and the kangaroo. And God cares for you, too. There's an old black crow sitting in the gum tree. He's pumping. He's well fed. A beetle here, a cicada there, is the black crow's daily bread. I think it should be said. There's a Lord who cares for the old black crow. The wombat, the gecko, and the kangaroo. And one thing's sure, we are worth much more to the God who cares for people, too. Mrs. Wombat digs herself a little burrow to keep her warm and dry. It's a home sweet home that she's made her own. Better than money can buy. And here's the reason why. There's a Lord who cares for the old black crow. The wombat, the gecko, and the kangaroo. And one thing's sure, we are worth much more to the God who cares for people, too. The gecko lives in the sands of the desert where it's very dry and hot. He's small and frail with a stumpy tail, but hungry he is not. Cos all he needs he's got. There's a Lord who cares for the old black crow. The wombat, the gecko, and the kangaroo. And one thing's sure, we are worth much more to the God who cares for people, too. The Lord cares too for the kangaroo. I think we all can see that worth much more to the living Lord is you and you and me. And you and you and me. There's a Lord who cares for the old black crow. The wombat, the gecko, and the kangaroo. And one thing's sure, we are worth much more to the God who cares for people, too. God has made so many different sorts of trees, hasn't he? This one's called a gum tree. It's very, very big, isn't it? It's got rough bark, lots and lots and lots of branches, and at the ends of the branches lots and lots and lots of leaves. I found these on the ground. These are the green gum leaves. This twig's blown off in the wind. And this twig, this is another one. You see those little round things there? They're called gum nuts. And they hold the seeds for the gum tree. They fall to the ground, the seeds come out, and from the tiny seed a big gum tree grows. Well, there's another tree over there, a tree with yellow blossoms. Let's have a look. This is called the wattle tree. And the wattle has these beautiful yellow flowers. They're sort of puffy, aren't they? They're beautiful flowers. And the leaves are a lot thinner, aren't they? You can see, thinner than the gum tree. I love the wattle tree. You can see another tree over there. Let's have a look. This is it. It's called a banksia. The banksia has sort of knobbly bark, and the leaves on the banksia, some over here, look. Can you see they're sort of, well, a bit like a knife, aren't they? They're all rough on the edges. Now, the banksia, if you look carefully, has something special on it, something that some people call banksia men. Ah, there's one. You see, they look like little mouths. And that's where the seeds come from, from the banksia tree. Hello, I'm the banksia man. Now, children, we're going to do Guide Our Father, very, very low, so right down low, down like this. Down we get. God our Father made the trees to grow and grow and grow. Now the wind. God our Father made the wind to blow and blow and blow. Now the birds. God our Father made the birds to fly and fly and fly. Now the jump, down to fly upon the ground. Ready, and up into the sky. Everyone down again. Still one more time. God our Father made the trees to grow and grow and grow. That's right. Now the wind. God our Father made the wind to blow and blow and blow. Now the birds. God our Father made the birds to fly and fly and fly. Down low, ready for the jump. Down to fly upon the ground and up into the sky. Very good. Everyone down low again. Remember the Lord. Prove it. Who made everything. Who made all things. Free us. Well in the Bible, in Genesis chapter 1 verse 1 it says, In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. Remember the Lord. Do you know who Jesus loves? Well he loves the little children. Jesus loves the little children. Of the whole world. Red and yellow, black and white, they are precious in his sight. Jesus loves the little children of the world. Jesus loves the little children. And he loves the babies. Jesus loves all the babies. All the babies of the world. Red and yellow, black and white, they are precious in his sight. the little babies of the world. Well Jesus loves the little babies, well then he loves the mummies, doesn't he? Here we go. Jesus loves all the mummies, all the mummies of the world. Red and yellow, black and white, they are precious in his sight. Jesus loves all the mummies of the world. Well if Jesus loves all the mummies, then Jesus loves all the daddies. Here we go. Jesus loves all the daddies, all the daddies of the world. Red and yellow, black and white, they are precious in his sight. Jesus loves all the daddies of the world. Well you know Jesus loves the daddies, but he loves the grandparents too. Jesus loves all the grandparents, all the grandparents of the world. Red and yellow, black and white, they are precious in his sight. Jesus loves all the grandparents of the world. He loves the little children, Jesus loves the babies and he loves the mummies and the daddies and the grandparents. He loves everyone. Jesus loves the little children, all the children of the world. Red and yellow, black and white, they are precious in his sight. Jesus loves the little children of the world. Jesus loves the little children, all the children of the world. Red and yellow, black and white, they are precious in his sight. Jesus loves the little children of the world. Jesus loves the little children of the world. From the sky above to the deepest sea, God is everywhere and you're never too small to be loved by God. You'll never be aunties care. If you stub your toe when you get out a bit and you slip in the shower and you knock your head, if you miss your brekkie and your bike tires flat, if the dog eats your lunch and you step on the cat, remember the Lord. Remember that he is in control. Remember the Lord. He's watching his children. He cares. Remember the Lord. If you get to school about a half hour late and the principal meets you at the gate, if you can't remember one plus two and you're busted for something that you didn't do. Remember the Lord. Remember that he is in control. Remember the Lord. He's watching his children. He cares. Remember the Lord. If your dad is crusty and your mum's in a flat and you spill the custard in your sister's lap, if you're sent to bed and you don't know why and you can't get to sleep and you just want to cry, remember the Lord. Remember that he is in control. Remember the Lord. He's watching his children. He cares. Remember the Lord. Well if you're hitting the skids and you're up the creek, if you're down and out and things look bleak, if you're in the pits and you're out for a duck, if you're long in the tooth and short of a buck, remember the Lord. Remember that he is in control. Remember the Lord. He's watching his children. He cares. Remember the Lord. Prove it. Prove it. Prove it. Who made me? God. Prove it. Well in the Bible, in Genesis chapter 1 verse 27 it says, so God created man in his own image. In the image of God he created him. Male and female he created them. Remember the Lord. I'm at an animal park and there are lots and lots of different sorts of animals here. There are chickens and ducks and cows and pigs, but there are some animals that you can only find in Australia. Should we go and see if we can find some? Koalas. They live high up in trees and they've got sharp claws that help them climb. Hello. Lovely soft fur, little grey nose and all they eat are these leaves. They like them. I don't think I would. God is a great, great God. A great, great God is here. He made the koala and he made you and me. It's a wombat. They let me carry this wombat. She's just a young wombat. She's small and short and furry, a little black nose and can you see the claws there? They're strong claws for digging. Burrow deep in the ground. The wombat. God is a great, great God. A great, great God is here. He made the wombat and he made you and me. There's another Australian animal that burrows, but this one has spikes. It's an echidna. You see it has got big spikes, hasn't it? And claws because echidnas dig. Can you think of an Australian animal that hops? The kangaroos. Here they are. They're friendly, aren't they? These kangaroos have got lovely, lovely soft fur, those long ears. They're hungry too. And they've got those front paws. They use those to pick up the bread and long back legs and long tails to help them move around and sometimes you'll see them hop. God is a great, great God. A great, great God is here. He made the kangaroo and he made you and me. He made you kangaroo. Australia is an island. There's sea right round the land and the God who made the oceans can hold them in his hand. Remember the Lord. When you're in the bush, it helps to have a map so you don't get lost. I've got a map in my backpack. Shall we have a look? Here's the map. Now, there's the sea. Sea's over there. There's the mountains near the sea. Across here, cliffs. There are the cliffs. Next to the cliffs, the waterfall. There's the other lookout. And here on the map, those dotted lines, they're the tracks. And here's our lookout. This is where we are. You know, the Bible is God's map. I've got my Bible here. The Bible tells us how to live and if we listen to God, read his word and obey him, we'll be on the right track. God's word will know the way to live for Jesus and obey. We'll only know the way to go if we read God's map, the Bible. It's a winding road and you're gonna get stuck if you don't take a map to chuck a suck a muck. And if you head out back, you'll meet your match if you don't take a map to hack a bad patch. And if we read God's word, we'll know the way to live for Jesus and obey. We'll only know the way to go if we read God's map, the Bible. Well, it's the same when you go to catch a dingo. When you take the track to cop a bit of flack. When you wanna be at Yelda QE, you can't go wrong if you take a map along. And if we read God's word, we'll know the way to live for Jesus and obey. We'll only know the way to go if we read God's map, the Bible. And if we read God's word, we'll know the way to live for Jesus and obey. We'll only know the way to go if we read God's map, the Bible. Prove it! Prove it! Prove it! Why did God make me and everything? For his own glory. Prove it! Well, in the Bible, in Romans chapter 11 verse 36 it says, For from him and through him and to him are all things. To God be the glory forever. Amen. Remember the Lord. Hey, let's sing that song. What can you see that God made? What can you see that God made? What can you see that God made when you're walking through the bush? Elliot, what can you see? I can see God in your room. Ah! What can you see that God made? What can you see that God made? We'll have a look. What can you see that God made when you're walking through the bush? What about, who hasn't it? Ashton, come here. Excuse me Elliot. Ashton, what can you see? A fountain. Oh, he can too. Wow! What can you see that God made? What can you see that God made? What can you see that God made when you're walking through the bush? Olivia, what can you see? A water tree. Ah! What can you see that God made? What can you see that God made? What can you see that God made when you're walking through the bush? Stop! Laura's turn. What can you see Laura? I can see the sea. The sea? Where? Down there for a look out. Right. Remember the Lord. Prove it! Prove it! Prove it! How can I glorify God? By loving Him and doing what He commands. Prove it! Well in the Bible, in Deuteronomy chapter 6, verse 5 and 6 it says, love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. These commands that I give you today are to be upon your hearts. Remember the Lord. Reaction! Reaction! Let's go! Now the grass. Ready? And God said the grass should grow, the trees bear fruit, the wind should blow, and God said the stream should flow, and it was so, was so. Very good! Do you like to drink milk? I know I like my milk. But do you know where milk comes from? Before the shop and before the factory comes from one of these. A cow! This cow's hungry. It's all set up here for something special. You feel it. It's nice to feel the cow's hair. It's quite thick isn't it and short. This is the special thing. Down here is where we get the milk. Now I've got my bucket like this and these, they're called the teats and the milk comes out of there. Let's try it. Pinch, squeeze. Wow, look at that. Again. Pinch, squeeze. Try again. Pinch, squeeze. And the milk goes into the bucket. Have a look. Wow, I'm a bit thirsty. It's going to take a while to get some milk to drink isn't it? We should thank God for cows because he made them. Aren't they wonderful? Can you think of some other things we could thank God for? The bush. My toys. Music. My brothers. Friends. My sisters. Our teacher. Mum and Dad. Grandparents. My wife. My husband. My mum and dad. My kids. Life in Jesus Christ. We give thanks to you oh God. We give thanks to you and again. We give thanks to you oh God. We give thanks to you. Where's it from? Psalm 75 verse 1. Let's do it again. We give thanks to you oh God. We give thanks to you and again. We give thanks to you oh God. We give thanks to you. Where's it from? Psalm 75 verse 1. They got it. Remember the Lord. Someone's built a bridge here haven't they? It's a bridge so you can get safely across this little creek. You know that's a bit like what God did for us. We couldn't get to God on our own so he sent his son Jesus to be the bridge. He's the only way to God. This side. Us. Jesus is the bridge to God. You know there's a song about that. It goes like this. I am the way, the truth and the life. That's what Jesus said! Can you sing it to? I am the way, the truth and the life, that's what Jesus said. I am the way, the truth and the life, that's what Jesus said. We all like sheep have gone astray, ba ba do ba ba. Each of us has turned to his own way, ba ba do ba ba. But the Lord has laid on him the iniquity of us all seeing, ba ba do ba ba. Isaiah 53, 6. We all like sheep have gone astray, ba ba do ba ba. Each of us has turned to his own way, ba ba do ba ba. But the Lord has laid on him the iniquity of us all seeing, ba ba do ba ba. Isaiah 53, 6. Alright, it's your turn now. We all like sheep have gone astray, ba ba do ba ba. Each of us has turned to his own way, ba ba do ba ba. But the Lord has laid on him the iniquity of us all seeing, ba ba do ba ba. Isaiah 53, 6. When I'm really naughty and do things my own way, I'll ask God to forgive me and help me to obey. Remember the Lord. He's the God of the endless outback, He's the Lord of Kakadu. He made Mount Kosciusko, And He made Uluru. Every mountain, every river, every waterfall, The one and only God, The one and only God, The one and only God made it all. He's the God of the Simpson Desert, He's the Lord of the Kimberley. He made the mighty Darling, He made the coral sea. Every mountain, every river, every waterfall, The one and only God, The one and only God, The one and only God made it all. He's the God who made the Daintree, He's the Lord who made Lake Hare. He made this land Australia, His glory's everywhere. Every mountain, every river, every waterfall, The one and only God, The one and only God, The one and only God made it all. The one and only God, The one and only God, The one and only God made it all. Music! Music! Music! Music! Music! Music! Okay, here we go, My God is so big, good idea. Ready? My God is so big, So strong and so mighty, There's nothing my God cannot do. That's true! My God is so big, So strong and so mighty, There's nothing my God cannot do. That's true! The mountains are His, The valleys are His, The stars are His handiwork too. Hello, Riley! My God is so big, So strong and so mighty, There's nothing my God cannot do. That's true! Let's do it one more time, ready? My God is so big, So strong and so mighty, There's nothing my God cannot do. That's true! My God is so big, So strong and so mighty, There's nothing my God cannot do. That's true! The mountains are His, The valleys are His, The stars are His handiwork too. Ready? The biggest one in the world! My God is so big, So strong and so mighty, There's nothing my God cannot do. That's true!
