Repeat this exercise. Hold your heels, and straighten your back. Slowly raise your right leg, and straighten your knees. Look at your toes. Left foot, and slowly lift your left leg. Put your feet together. Inhale, and slowly open your legs. Try to open your legs as wide as possible. Breathe slowly. Exhale, and slowly put your feet together. Inhale, and slowly bend your legs. Straighten your back. Sit down, and relax your whole body. Adjust your breathing.
