A police commander in Belfast says he's appalled by Saturday's attack on a bookmaker's shop in that city. A pro-British extremist sprayed the shop with machine gun fire killing at least two people. Thirteen others were injured. The group claiming responsibility says the attack was revenge for Friday's IRA bombing in the city of Colrain. That truck bomb caused a fire which destroyed shops and offices and slightly injured three people. In Iraq, United Nations weapons inspectors continue to work toward dismantling Saddam Hussein's nuclear weapons program. Saturday they destroyed the last of 100 tons of a special high strength steel used in enriching uranium. The team also collected water samples from central Iraq. Those specimens will be analyzed to detect traces of nuclear activities. Some Palestinian students in the Israeli occupied West Bank are conducting an experiment in democracy. They cast ballots for student leaders.
