On that night, I never expected to live. The murder that rocked Beverly Hills, the entertainment executive father, and the night Eric and his brother killed their parents. By nightmares about what happened that night. Plus, Eric's chilling jailhouse confession. Anybody tried to kill you? People tried to stab me there. Have you been raped? Yes, I have. And... All new disturbing home movies from the Anorexic Twins. I feel fat. You feel fat? Inside the breakthrough therapy that forces these emaciated sisters to face the terrible truth. Okay, point to where you feel fat. The chilling prison interview with convicted killer Eric Menendez. What you didn't hear on ET. Hi, everybody, I'm Pat O'Brien. Welcome to the insider from Hollywood. And I'm Lara Spencer from our Times Square studio with the Anorexic Twins home movies, raw and unforgettable. But first right here, Lara, the insider joins forces with People Magazine to unveil the sexiest man alive right now. Ladies, grab a seat. It's the most coveted cover for Hollywood's hottest hunk. A drumroll, please, for Matthew McConaughey. We're inside the pages with reaction on People Magazine's choice with our all-star panel, Destiny's Child, Mariah Carey, even Kathie Lee, who dished about her sexy former co-host this morning with the ladies of the view. I was with Regis a couple weeks. In fact, I saw him Saturday night again, too. Regis is holding up darn well. Darn well. Star says he's like a Jamaican. He is. Magazine's 20th sexiest man alive, McConaughey. Let's it all hang out in the issue hitting Stans Friday. According to Matthew, he sleeps in his bed, but he prefers to be naked. I think he's adorable. He seems to have some substance to him. He seems smart, and yet he doesn't take himself so seriously. 36-year-old Scorpio loves his beer and chewing tobacco and has a thing for actresses having dated Sandra Bullock, Ashley Judd, and currently Penelope Cruz. Let's weigh in on who the ladies of Destiny's Child think is hot. I think Orlando's boy is pretty fly. Smile, Kelly. You're talking about Orlando Bloom. But you can't do it like me. She'll never be MC. And as for songbird Mariah Carey's pick of the hottest hunk. Oh, I have to go with a dog, not a man. I have to go with my dog, Jack. And People also has the inside dish of Tom and Katie. Katie was spotted last Sunday at Demon Marcus. I'm Rodeo Drive picking up a gorgeous set of cufflinks for our handsome hubby, 2B. And speaking of Mr. Cruz, who was named People's Sexiest Man Alive back in 1990? All right, here's a little insider pop quiz. Who was the only star to be named Sexiest Man Alive not once, but twice? Time's up. It's Brad Pitt. Lara, let's keep this show moving right along with the one and only Page Six, Paula. She's got big news on Miss Martha, who was just slapped with a nasty little lawsuit. Martha Stewart sued. Page Six has the papers. Her apprentice show was reportedly scrapped. A Martha Tell-All's on its way. And Monday, a lawsuit against Stewart was filed. Bad week. And hey, Martha, it's only Wednesday. Don't stick a fork in her yet. This lawsuit for breach of contract claims that Martha failed to fork over the cash for certain jury consulting services. She could be paying out $74,000. Now, Page Six scores more court papers. These are the latest in Alec Baldwin Kim Basinger custody fight over daughter Ireland. In Alec's latest declaration filed Monday, Alec alleges he spent over a million in legal fees since 2002. Pack your bags. Page Six off to London for Madonna. I know you've been waiting. 1,500 fans waited 24 hours for Madonna inside London's Coco Club last night, and it was worth the wait. She's now 47 and looks as great as ever, and her mug is even on the new Loromo Vogue, shot by Stephen Klein. Now, Page Six goes country. Our favorite fashion finger pointers, Joan and Melissa Rivers, are rustling up some fashion faux pas from last night's Country Music Awards. It's Calamity Jones, most wanted. First up, Shania Twain, in a golden Mark Bauer gown. Shania Twain looked like the queen of country, which indeed she is. We agree. Next, Leanne Rimes in Mark Jacobs. Just gorgeous. Hold on, Joni's just getting started with Winona Judd. You know Joan can't let get away with this get up. She looks like she should go back to the Grand Ole Opry. The hair was too bright, the afro was too tight. And this, Justin, Regis Bilbin will be ringing in the new year from right here in Times Square, counting down to 2006 on Fox. And it is the interview that is making headlines around the country, my conversation with Eric Menendez from Behind Bars. And now, the answer to the question we asked right before the break. Is there anything from that summer night that you haven't told anybody? On that night, I never expected to live. I never expected to survive. I was ready to die, for my own life to end. And I certainly didn't believe they could die. And so, I don't know why I'm alive. Convicted killer Eric Menendez opening up about the night he and his brother Lyle murdered their parents in their Beverly Hills home. I thought that I was going to die that night and I reacted in this panic. And right afterwards, I'm thinking in my mind, I just can't believe they're dead. That's when brother Lyle placed this frantic call to 911. Ah, Santa! Is the person still there? What happened? We have you in a turnaround. What happened? Who shot who? I don't know. I don't know. Prosecutors claim the brothers were motivated by greed, hoping to cash in on the family fortune. You realize at this point you just murdered your mom and dad. At this point, it was just literally like a bursting inside of me. I was terrified. Eric's wife Tammy details more about that horrific night in a controversial new book called, They Said We'd Never Make It. I have the nightmare of being chased that I've had since I was a child. And, you know, I don't know, Pat. I... I can't see. Are you crying? No, I'm all right. I'm all right, Pat. Eric and Lyle testified they killed their parents out of fear. After suffering years of physical and sexual abuse at the hands of their father. I still get letters from people who say, you know, they were molested and they wish they'd done what I did. And I say to them, no, you don't. It's never the right thing to take alive under any circumstances. And Eric has much more to say. Revelations that will shock you as this insider event continues. Thoughts of suicide, what Eric has never revealed before about his life behind bars. I believe that if I commit suicide, that I will regret it. And the one thing he desperately wants to tell his parents now that he's taken their lives. Plus, just who is this celebrity stud stripping on sand? The most distressing home video you may ever see. It is his first interview in years. This is Eric Menendez speaking to me from Pleasant Valley State Prison in Central California. Now he reveals what life has been like behind bars. What he wishes he could tell his mom and dad right now. What would you tell your parents, Eric, if you could talk to them today? Eric has a lot of time to think about that question. He's serving a life sentence without parole in a maximum security state prison in Central California. I love them. I miss them. I would give virtually anything to be able to hug them. Today Eric spends nearly every waking hour confined to an 8 by 10 foot cell. How do you cope? I can't think about spending 50 years in prison. It scares me. I don't know that I'll survive. Prison is a dangerous place. So much so, Eric says there have been two murders in Pleasant Valley State Prison where he's serving out his sentence in the past year. Has anybody tried to kill you? People tried to literally stab me there. Have you been raped? No. Have not. Have you ever tried to commit suicide? No, I have. I've thought about it many times. And to be honest, the reason I don't, well one, when I met Tammy, I just couldn't do that to her. Tammy is Eric's wife, who's written a controversial new book called, They Said We'd Never Make It. He says she is his saving grace. I believe that if I commit suicide that I will regret it immensely after I die. I believe in an afterlife. I have to find a way to make it through. And just as our interview is getting extremely personal, a reminder about the restrictions of prison life when our call was abruptly interrupted. You have 120 seconds left on this call. Can you call back, Eric? Yes. He kept his word. He did call back. Now you can access much more of my interview with Eric Menendez by logging onto the insideronline.com powered by Yahoo Entertainment. His prison bride's personal visit. Do you want to have his baby? The insider special event continues tomorrow. Now, day nine of the mission to save the anorexic twins. And tonight, there is a surprising new twist. A world-renowned doctor with a revolutionary therapy designed to force the twins to finally see what they really look like. Victoria Recano takes us in depth. How does it feel? I feel fat. You feel fat? Point to where you feel fat. You're about to look inside the tortured mind of a long-time anorexic. It shows people that I've got strength. How does it do that? Because to get to this light, you have to have the strength to not eat. I'm going to stop right there, okay? You're witnessing something extraordinary. A radical technique called videotherapy designed to force anorexics to video each other to see their bodies in a whole new light. Eating disorder specialist Dr. Ira Sacker, president of the HEAT Foundation, has helped thousands of anorexics, including Jamie Lindescala. The insider flew him from his New York office all the way to Australia to check the twins' progress and to see if videotherapy could work. We showed you Claire's body last week, but you've never seen Rachel's. She strips down to just a tank top and watch as she tries to put on her shorts. Just like her sister did earlier, she nearly falls over getting dressed. Rachel appears even thinner than her sister, but she still refuses to see herself as thin. My shins are all puffed up. Your shins are puffed up? Yeah, and my stomach is like, I'm pregnant. Yeah. I just feel fat. Watch what happens next. It's time for the twins to look at what they just videotaped, and they're in for a shocking surprise. I want you to begin to recognize just how serious you look. My face looks old. Old? Mm. What do you think makes you look old? The lines on my face. Exactly. If you saw this person, what would you think about that person? I think she's got leukemia. She's got leukemia? Mm. I thought he was very unwell. You hear the difference? That's not what you said five minutes ago. It's another small breakthrough for Dr. Sacher, but he wants more. The entire world wants to see you guys get better. The biggest, most proud day of your lives will be looking at each other and remembering when you almost died and now you've got a life.
