Louisiana police involved in a high-speed chase noticed something a little unusual today.
The driver's head couldn't be seen above the dash. After a five-mile chase at speeds
exceeding 60 miles per hour, police arrested a nine-year-old boy who was behind the wheel
driving recklessly through town. This is the third time the child has taken his mother's
car without permission. He also confessed to five burglaries in the past year.
That would be quite an alarming thing to deal with as a parent.
