But he's been on the run since the fatal fire at his parents' warehouse, and he isn't expected to appear in court.
Instead, he's appearing on videotape, a tape anonymously delivered to the media that's now in the hands of federal investigators.
My name is Martin Pang, but you probably already know that.
I'm making this tape so that it's clear what happened in Seattle.
Martin Pang's videotape was delivered anonymously to King Television with a note that said, Deliver to the Media.
It's the first we've heard from Pang since the fatal fire at his parents' warehouse in January.
