I remember it like it was yesterday. I was doing the laundry when suddenly... That's that dirty motor oil stain! After all the times I'd washed it, if only I'd had the extraordinary power of fresh start detergent. On dirty motor oil stains like this, it can do in one wash. What time can't do in three? I never knew it could be like this. Fresh start! Relax. Fresh start can get out that lipstick stain too. The totally new Buick Regal. There's nothing like it on the American road. It has been a while since a movie has raised so much controversy. Martin Scorsese's Last Temptation of Christ opened in theaters in nine cities today, nine cities including Seattle. For several months now, the movie has been getting the kind of attention film publicists dream about. The Catholic Church and some Christian groups have condemned this depiction of the life of Jesus Christ. Several have even tried to ban it. In Seattle, that reaction just may guarantee a weekend of sellout crowds. Melanie Grandforce has that report. It is a version of the story of Jesus Christ based on a book written in 1951 by Nikos Kazantzakis. Jesus is portrayed as a man with human weaknesses who doubts his role as the Messiah and who thinks about what life would be like with a wife and children. And that is mainly what the movie is about.
