Now, new developments in the Sharon Stone plastic surgery case.
The doctor at the center of the controversy comes to the insider to tell his side of the story for the first time.
Our Victoria Reconyel has that.
Doctor, set the record straight. Did you perform a facelift on Sharon Stone?
No, I did not perform a facelift on Sharon Stone. I never met her.
He's a surgeon who's been carving out headlines as part of one of Hollywood's biggest celebrity lawsuits.
Dr. Renato Calabria was sued by Sharon Stone after rumors surfaced that he gave her a facelift, a rumor she denied.
There's too many people who believe falsities.
From the beginning, we realized it was a misunderstanding.
Now the insider is examining the Los Angeles-based doctor who was caught up in published reports that the Oscar-nominated actress had gone under the knife.
One article asked whether the surgeon had performed any procedure on her, but he wouldn't answer due to, quote, a privacy issue.
Why didn't you just say no?
I get asked all the time by journalists, have you done this patient, have you done this celebrity or the other?
If I start saying no or yes, you know, sometimes it gets confusing. So that's what happened.
Dr. Calabria also reportedly posted the articles on his website, so Sharon sued, saying her career and reputation were damaged.
But just last week, right before the trial was supposed to start, Stone and the doctor settled out of court.
The very next day, Sharon spoke to the insider.
So do you feel vindicated? Do you feel good about what happened?
I do. I think that's just marvelous.
What's your reaction to what you just saw?
I feel vindicated, Victoria, as well. So, I mean, I think we both clear up the air and I think it's good for the community.
There is some good which came from this. As part of the Stone settlement, Dr. Calabria will perform free reconstructive surgeries on children for charity.
Lara, Victoria, now the latest on Michael J. Fox's health condition. He is talking candidly to me about his battle with Parkinson's disease
and revealing his daily health regimen in this exclusive sit-down one-on-one.
Are you in pain right now?

Last month we showed you a doctors are preparing for delicate surgery to separate them.
Now the insider travels halfway around the globe to see what their lives are like in
tonight's insider in depth.
At first glance, Faba looks like any normal girl, but a second glimpse reveals something
startling.
Her sister Saba fused at the skull.
They are 10 year old conjoined twins from India, remarkably rare and lucky to be alive
considering 90% of cranial conjoined twins never lived to see their 10th birthday.
But despite their bizarre condition, the twins are just like any other children.
They play patty cake, enjoy board games.
And what little girl doesn't love getting all dolled up?
Our insider cameras traveled halfway around the world to India to take you inside the
conjoined twins day to day struggle.
Watch as Saba attempts the simple task of putting on her shoes, jerking Faba in the
process.
And it's difficult for the twins to just walk.
You can see them topple over briefly losing their balance.
To eliminate the burden of being bound, the twins are in desperate need of a dangerous
operation, one that has an estimated 12% survival rate.
The odds discouraging.
But if the girls survive, they will become the oldest conjoined twins to ever be successfully
separated.
While the girls are healthy now, they share a blood drainage vessel in the brain that
could create serious problems.
We first introduced you to the Shaquille twins last month when an American neurosurgeon announced
he's willing to lead a team of doctors to separate the twins.
It's not something that has been tried before, but certainly seems like something that would
make a lot of sense.
But the Shaquille family cannot afford the costly surgery.
The neighborhood impoverished, destitute, littered with garbage.
A one-armed boy lingers in the street, eight members of the twins' family forced to share
this one-room house.
Thankfully, an Arab prince has agreed to cover the full cost of the operation.
And if Faba and Saba's family say yes to the potentially deadly procedure, the twins will
be one step closer to getting their ultimate wish, separate lives.
