He was the bachelor on Spin City and she the beautiful Bond girl.
But behind the tightest security, Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards tied the knot this
weekend.
From the celebrity guests to the candlelit ceremony, we have the wedding details first
up tonight.
Did you have a good time?
Great time.
What was the best part?
I knew it.
Heather Locklear, Brooke Shields, Steven Spielberg and Kate Capshaw all came.
So did Luke Wilson and of course the groom's father, Martin Sheen.
They were all among the estimated 70 close friends and relatives watching as Charlie
and Denise said, I do.
Helicopters buzzed overhead and paparazzi lined up outside the nuptial site.
The Brentwood estate of Spin City producer, Gary David Goldberg.
The extremely tight security included a large LAPD contingent, private guards who patrolled
the property and numerous no trespassing signs.
Producer Goldberg also reportedly ordered a film permit to legally close down the private
drive to onlookers and traffic, although no filming ever took place.
Denise spent the night before the wedding at the famed Hotel Bel Air.
For the big day, her dreams of a sunset ceremony complete with candlelight and gardenias appear
to have been fulfilled.
I think she looks great all the time.
As ET previously reported, the beautiful bride's gown as well as the groom's tux were personally
designed by Giorgio Armani.
Charlie wore a two button tuxedo while Denise's white satin gown featured a scoop neck, plunging
back and a crystal spider web pattern of straps across the back.
The actress accessorized with a cropped crystal beaded jacket, a sheer floral length veil
and a dramatic train.
How's Charlie doing?
He's fine man.
Sheen's longtime best friend actor, Tony Todd was the best man and presented him with a
gold glove award which read, Denise is by far the best catch you have ever made.
Richard's sister Michelle served as the maid of honor.
The reception was also held at the Goldberg estate.
Honor was catered by Richard's favorite LA eatery, Il Ristorante Giorgio Baldy and flowers
were provided by celebrity florist Marks Garden.
The party lasted well into the night.
Denise's garter wasn't even thrown until after midnight.
When Mr. and Mrs. Sheen were introduced, their first dance was to the rock classic, Open
Arms by Journey.
And congratulations Charlie and Denise.

From Celine Dion to Steven Tyler, wango tango kicked off the summer concert season and I
was right there on stage with the stars.
Will Smith got jiggy with it for a crowd of more than 63,000 at the Rose Bowl.
Will's son Trey and wife Jada Pinkett Smith watched from the wings as Big Willie picked
up a microphone for the first time in nearly three years.
Every time you come here it's like this is kind of new ground because you haven't been
on stage in a while, right?
I know, I have to stop that.
Will thrilled his fans while Jada was thrilled to have her husband back in town.
I've been doing all the MIB2 promotional stuff so I just got in from Korea and Australia
yesterday so I'm ready to go.
Kelly Osborne celebrated Father's Day by bringing her dad Ozzy out for a bow.

The Sean Berlidi case has all the ear markings of a great Hollywood movie.
The mysterious murder of a young woman who had a secret affair with a powerful politician.
But one insider reveals why this movie may never be made in our Entertainment Tonight
cover story.
Her disappearance captivated the nation to such an extent it took the attacks of September
11th to knock it from the headlines.
But now that the remains of Sean Berlidi have been found is Hollywood any closer to bringing
her tragic story to the screen?
I think everyone is watching very closely the Sean Berlidi story but the story is still
unfolding.
Producer Larry Thompson who has made TV movies based on the lives of Sonny and Cher and Lucy
and Desi believes that despite the discovery of Sean Berlidi's skeletal remains her story
still leaves many unanswered questions.
In order to make a movie you have to have a beginning and middle and an end.
And this story has a great beginning, a sad middle but we have no end.
That final act cannot be written unless or until Chandra's killer is identified.
The latest evidence to turn up near the Rock Creek Park site where her skeletal remains
were found May 22nd include a tube of lipstick, some twisted wire and her leg bone.
Apart from that investigators have little to go on.
Central to Chandra's case was her relationship with Congressman Gary Condit.
Though questioned several times by detectives police say he is not a suspect but he could
face obstruction of justice charges.
But there is certainly no evidence at the moment connecting him to the third act which
is murder.
But should the case be cracked who might Thompson cast in the key roles?
There's quite a few actresses who could play Chandra Levy from Jennifer Love Hewitt to
Neve Campbell to Leve Tyler, Sherilyn Finn.
So there's quite a few young actresses that sort of you know I think could capture her
essence as far as Gary Condit is concerned.
Tom Skerritt could be interesting or Perry King.
Even though Condit aides have been recently questioned the frenzied interest that swept
through the nation's capital last summer has greatly diminished.
It was sex, politics and murder.
These are the ingredients that now then and forever will make a great story.
The only difference now is it's sex, murder and a lame duck politician.
Not quite as interesting.
So despite having all the formulaic ingredients of sex, murder and politics producer Larry
Thompson says this is one real life drama that may never make it to the screen.
Until the murder mystery of Chandra Levy is discovered there is no movie.
Thompson also says there is one overriding concern when telling true stories and that
is being sensitive to the families involved.
