Before I introduce you to the man who will play the title role, take a look at what the auditions were like. Johnny Seaton survived those auditions to earn a starring role. Congratulations. Thank you. You're just one of a number of Elvis's in the show, right? Yes, I am. As a matter of fact, behind me over here is Terry Mike Jeffries, who's playing the younger Elvis. The younger Elvis. How much age difference is there really between you? Well, he's older than I am. That's alright. I want to see the guy who plays the later stage Elvis. Was he part of the clip we just saw? Yes, as a matter of fact, he was the last one. Julian. He was the last guy. You have actually done Elvis before on an off-Broadway show, right? Yes, I did. A show called Elvis Mania back in 84. Is this something, you're 29 years old, I understand. Is this something you've been doing a long time? Well, it's something that I've been kind of, you know, because of this and the voice and everything, since I've been a kid I've had to live with all my life. But I do my own music mainly. And you and I were talking a little bit earlier. You're actually from Baltimore, right? Well, actually right outside of Washington, D.C. So you had to work on your accent in order to give me a little Elvis. Well, you know, I came along to town. Let's be fair, let's be fair to the show. The show is not just an Elvis impression that we can see anywhere in Las Vegas or whatever, but this is a whole extravaganza about his sociological implications. Absolutely. You can do a little Elvis medley for me? I sure am. Guess you don't want me standing here. Or we are? Okay. Well, you can stand here. No, that's alright. Well, bless my soul, what's wrong with me? I met you like a man, oh, was it true? My friends say I'm acting, why was I buggered? I'm in love, I'm all shook up. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, well please don't ask me what's on my mind, I'm a little mixed up, but I feel fine when I met a girl that I love best. My heart beats so it scares me to death when she touches my hand. And what a chill I got, it looks like I'm on the killer side, I'm proud to say that she's my buddy, cuz I'm in love, I'm all shook up. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, I'm all shook up. Well, get out of that bed and wash your face and hands. Well, get out of that bed and wash your face and hands. Well, get in that kitchen and make some noise with the pots and pans. I believe in the soul, you're the devil and now I know. I believe in the soul, you're the devil and now I know. Well, the harder I work, the faster my morning goes. Well, let's shake, ride, and roll. I said shake, ride, and roll. I said shake, ride, and roll. I said shake, ride, and roll. Well, the harder I work, the faster my morning goes. Let's rock. Yeah, I said shake, ride, and roll. I said shake, ride, and roll. I said shake, ride, and roll. I said shake, ride, and roll. Well, you won't be right, save your tiger soul. Guys, thanks very much. Good luck to you. Good luck to you all. By the way, you ought to hear Jane do it now or never. She did it on the train. Thanks, guys. Good luck. Thank you. Here's Nancy for me. Thank you, Brian.
