Sharing a room with another person that carries with it a responsibility for general care
and routine maintenance.

John, recently, the IRS has made an effort to clean up its image and to come up with
new and creative ways to help people in this situation.

9465, this lets you pay your taxes a little at a time and also prevents the IRS from issuing
levies, garnishments or liens against you.
If you just flat out can't pay file form 1127, this is a request for an extension of up to
six months.
While the IRS prefers that you pay each month, it allows you to not make any payments if
circumstances warrant it.
