Good day. Just a few moments ago, prosecutor Christopher Darden challenged Rosa Lopez's testimony that she had seen O.J. Simpson's Bronco at 10.15 that night,
questioning whether that time came from her or from William Pavlik, the defense investigator.
Mr. Pavlik is the one that first suggested 10.15 or 10.20, correct?
The world.
Mr. Pavlik was the first person to suggest that it was around 10.15 or 10.20, correct?
If that's what he's saying, that's fine.
But what you told Mr. Pavlik was that you saw the Bronco sometime after 10 o'clock and you don't know how long after 10, correct?
