This Happy Breed is a beautiful film. I feel I can relate to it, can you? And I just love
the writings of Noel Coward. You could do worse than track down a lot of his work, you
know. Read some of his plays, beginning with This Happy Breed, Cavalcade, one of my favourite
stage musicals of all time. Of course, it's bittersweet. I love that very much.
Speaking of writers, I'm looking at a picture of a lady named Lynn Hare Sargent. She was
born in Minnesota. She is a PhD candidate at Tufts University in America and she teaches
writing and 19th century literature at the University of Massachusetts in Boston. This
book has been published in Australia, written by Lynn Hare Sargent and I thought you should
know about it. Don't you like the idea? Heathcliff, The Return to Wuthering Heights. It's about
what happens to Heathcliff in those few years that he's away from Wuthering Heights. If
you know the novel well, then you know what I'm referring to. But I find that very interesting.
Heathcliff, The Return to Wuthering Heights. I came across this book the other day at the
Antiquarian Bookshop at Lura. It's a continuation of the story of Huckleberry Finn written by
another writer. Interesting idea, isn't it? Well, having said that, I have something exciting
to show you. I am a devoted fan of Dame Kiri Takanawa and I hope my pronunciation is correct.
And there's a new CD coming out featuring Dame Kiri Takanawa with Andre Previn, Ray
Brown and Mundell Lowe. This is the cover. The CD isn't available to me as I speak today.

Rocha and I'm also hoping to present for you the Sabu version of Jungle Book directed by
Zoltan Korda with once again music by Nicholas Rocha. We have some exciting news too, Jeanette
MacDonald and Alan Jones, the late Alan Jones of course, he died recently in the Firefly
and next Sunday afternoon, 12 noon, one of the most popular films I have ever presented
on Network 10 in the many years I've been with Network 10, William Saroyan's The Human
