The boy was appearing to face charges of spitting on Pauline Hanson, but hasn't been seen since the incident with the constable. The police union claims the officer was provoked and couldn't avoid physical contact with the boy. A young Perth couple has finally won the right to get married after fighting a legal battle in the West Australian courts. The pregnant bride-to-be needed permission of the courts because she's under the legal age for marriage. The Australia Day Honours List has been announced early this year, with more than 300 people receiving awards for their contributions to Australian society.
