The Long Ball Secret is a secret that is top secret and can help everyone hit the long ball. There is only one way that you can experience the Long Ball Secret and that's the hammer attack angle. There are five simple steps in the set up in your swing that automatically every time give you the Long Ball Secret. It's automatic and it's very, very easy. Why don't conventional methods work? Why can't I hit the long ball with the conventional method? You can't experience the Long Ball Secret and the long ball with the traditional teaching method because of the release point. If you look at the release point of the hammer attack angle, it's just totally different than the release point of a conventional golf swing. So the Long Ball Secret is the answer to everybody's long ball search. Watching Jack hit a golf ball is like watching Mark McGuire hit a home run. It's gone. It's out of here. When you first hear about a guy that says, hey, I can hit the ball 400 yards, you're right downhill and on concrete or whatever it might be, but no, it was legit. This guy can hit the ball 400 yards and I've seen him do it time and time and time again. I've seen Jack take a bucket of 25 balls and at least 20 of them are over 400, 450 yards. And I have never seen anybody do that, not at any driving competition, not at any practice round, not on the PGA, never. Pick up a bag of 25 balls and hit 20 of them over 400 yards consistently, mind boggling. Jack can hit a six iron further than I know any pro, including Tiger Woods, can hit his driver off the tee. When Jack started hitting and started hitting the eight iron and it was clear in the trees, which is 260 yards uphill, I was amazed when he hit the driver, my eyes didn't see where the ball went. It was just kept on. It was just huge, big. If Jack could possibly learn how to three putt, he would probably win a million eight every year on the tour because he could drive 60% of the greens. When Jack took the club head back and just the sound and the sheer velocity, the way that ball launched off the tee, the entire crowd watching him was spellbound. Everybody was speechless. Nobody said a word for about five seconds because the ball was out there in the air. The ball flew about 450 yards, a great witness to the way he can hit the ball. If you've ever seen the movie The Natural with Robert Redfield, where the baseball just seems to continue on, up, up, up, out of the baseball park, you get that same impression with one of Jack's balls. You don't think it's going to come down. First time when I actually saw Jack hit a golf ball, all I did was say, wow, if I could hit the ball half that far, I would be the happiest cat on the planet. I asked him, how is it possible as 25,000 PGA professionals teaching golf, yet only 5% of the golfers break a hundred? I mean, that's a scary thought. How is that possible? Well, the long ball secret can turn all that around. It could take the 95% that have never broken a hundred and really improve your game. I ask you, why should you try the long ball secret? Well, it'll make you the longest hitter in your foursome. You can feel like I do every time I get out there and hammer the ball. It'll answer your golf dreams. And I'll tell you, this swing helps everyone. It'll help the senior player that's lost distance. It helps women. It gives them the edge. It even helps the pros. And the exciting thing about this is it's automatic. It's five simple steps. It's easy golf. There's no other method in the world that can get you this long ball secret. Did you know the average drive on the tour is 260 yards? John Daly, Tiger Woods, Jack Nicklaus could all add distance to their drives with a long ball secret. Well, what do you think the average golfer's drive is? 230? 240? Well, I'll tell you what. The long ball secret could raise the national average to 280 yards. It's that simple. It's that exciting. The long ball secret is going to give you the long ball edge. It's going to make you a long ball hitter. It's going to give you up to 50 yards off your tee shot. So you're probably wondering why you've never heard of the long ball secret. Well, the long ball secret is totally revolutionary to golf. It's totally radical. Have you ever heard of the Flosbury flop, the high jumping method where they jump over the bar backwards? Well, do you remember years ago they used to jump over the bar frontwards, clear 6-8, 6-9? Well, Dick Flosbury invented a high jumping method to jump over the bar backwards. It totally changed high jumping. And that's what the long ball secret is going to do to the game of golf. It's going to totally revolutionize the game. It's going to put that long ball edge in every golfer's bag. So you're probably wondering, the long ball secret is going to give me the long ball edge, but is it going to help me hit it straight? Well, the long ball secret and its method is the straightest method in golf. It gives you the perfect path. It gives you the robotic swing that everybody's been looking for all their life. As the world champion for long distance driving with six world records, I can tell you that I wouldn't be in this chair without the long ball secret. The long ball secret has really given me that edge to hit the long ball. And I can tell you, it will do the same for you. So why is the conventional method of teaching golf so difficult? Why do you not have a fighting chance? The traditional method gives you no chance to be successful, let alone be a long ball hitter. They talk about all these multiple swing thoughts. They talk about a firm left arm. They talk about the takeaway and how to get it back. It's confusing. It's a disaster. You have no chance to be a long ball hitter with a conventional method. If you're a golfer that's taken countless lessons, studied the golf magazines, watched the PGA Tour tips, and got absolutely nowhere and still looking to hit the long ball, then the long ball secret is the answer. So you're probably wondering, how long does it take to really be a long ball hitter? How long will the long ball secret really take effect? Well, I can tell you, it's immediate. It's unbelievable how fast. If you can count to five, that's how fast you can be a long ball hitter. Every golfer has a natural path. Well, what the long ball secret does is seeks that natural path. You automatically experience a long ball secret with the hammer system. And remember, there's no other way to really experience a long ball without the long ball secret. The long ball secret will give you that edge utilizing your natural ability to really hammer the ball. As a world champion, I know distance. And I can tell you, the shortest distance between two points is a straight line. And the long ball secret is not only long, but it's dead straight. One of the ingrained problems with conventional teaching is the takeaway. The takeaway is everything relative to a straight shot. Well, the long ball secret solves that problem. It gives you the perfect robotic takeaway every time in your backswing to give you the perfect takeaway to give you the straightest shot in golf. The long ball secret is the perfect golf swing. And it's the only technique that will help you hit the long ball. The long ball secret is the hammer attack angle. It's based on five simple steps that happen automatically in your golf swing. If you can count to five in the setup, you can automatically experience the long ball secret and really hammer the ball. The long ball secret is the hammer attack angle. The hammer attack angle looks like this. You have your left arm and the club shaft creating an angle. Now, the longer you hold this angle on your downswing, the farther you're going to hit the ball. Now, that's the long ball secret. So the long ball secret is your left arm and the club shaft creating a V. The longer you hold this V, the farther you'll hit the ball. Now, how do you get into this swing? How do you get into the long ball secret? Well, there's five simple steps. In the hammer attack angle, you'll see that my hands are actually below my waist and the club head is behind my head just before impact. The only way you can get into this attack angle is the long ball secret. If you have my method, you can experience a long ball attack angle every time. So let's take a look at the conventional golf swing and really see if we can find out why it's so difficult to play golf. Well, if you take a look at the basic setup of a conventional golf swing, you'll see my feet are square, my left arm is straight, my shoulders are parallel to the ball. Basically, in this position, I have no chance to really hammer the ball. So what's really wrong with a conventional swing? Why does it help you really hit the long ball? Well, you've all been taught that you've got to think about all these multiple swing thoughts. You've got to think about the takeaway. You've got to think about the inside out, outside in. You've got to think about where the club head is at the top of your swing. You have to think about initiating your downswing with rolling of your wrist. Well, how silly is that? Think about this, impact is one one-thousandth of a second. So how in the world can you think about anything during your golf swing? So the beauty of the long ball secret is you've got five setups, five mechanical setups that you set yourself up in every time and everything else happens automatically. The conventional swing is based on muscle memory. It's based on playing golf three times a week for 20 years, hoping and praying that someday you can get some consistency in your golf game. If you go to a drive range and take a look at golfers, on the drive range you'll see one common problem where all golfers have, at least 90% of them. And what they do is they take the club back and they take it back in multiple paths. At the same time, they take it back with their upper body swing, their lower body swing and their weight's drifting to the outside of your right foot. Well, if this happens, you've got about a one in ten chance of getting back to that ball square. The long ball secret solves all that. Let's take a look at the conventional golf swing. Well, what you see, basically my feet are square or parallel to each other. Now, this is a very big problem because what happens in the takeaway, and I'm telling you, 90% of the golfers have this problem. When they take the club back, what happens is they take the club back and their weight actually drifts to the outside of their right foot, right leg, which basically you have no chance of getting back to the ball squarely. At the same time, the other ingrained problem that you have, if your weight transfers, you have your hips sliding and you also have your head being pulled off center. Well, when this happens, I mean it's disaster. Is your feet square or parallel, another ingrained problem with this is you have a tendency to slide your hips to the right instead of rotating, as well as your head. Now, think about that. If you have your upper body moving off the ball, how in the world are you going to be hitting the ball squarely? You have no chance. The long ball secret solves all that. Another problem with a conventional swing is the takeaway. You've been taught to think about all these different things relative to the takeaway, inside out, outside in. So basically, you're sitting here taking the club back and you have no idea how to take the club head back. So what I call this is infinity. You're absolutely lost. And I can tell you that the takeaway dictates where the ball ends up in the fairway. So it's very important how you take that club back. The straightness in a golf shot is totally dependent upon how you take the club back. And a long ball secret solves all that with the perfect takeaway, with the robotic takeaway. So it's the same every time. Another thing that you've all been taught relative to a traditional golf swing is that firm left arm. With my firm left arm, my shoulders are basically parallel to the ball. Well, if your shoulders are parallel to the ball, you've got no chance whatsoever to hammer a golf ball. I have six world records that prove that my left arm bent at address is going to help you hit the long ball. What happens on the downswing is if your shoulders are parallel to the ball, basically you've got to release early. You've got to release the club almost at shoulder height, which gives you no chance to create the hammer attack angle. Now, this happens because you have a firm left arm. The firm left arm dictates that your shoulders are parallel to the ball. If your shoulders are parallel to the ball at address, you have to release early. It looks like this. Here's your early release on the downswing, where, remember, the hammer attack angle is the deeper the V, the deeper you hit the ball in the fairway. So it looks like this. My left arm and this club shaft creating a V. Now, the longer I get into this angle on the downswing, the more I'm going to experience the long ball secret. If you're in this position on the downswing, you've let all the power out of your swing. Basically, you're casting the club. You're casting the club from the top. The leverage and torque of your golf swing is over. The only way you can hold that angle is the long ball secret, and there's five simple steps to get you in that position at the address. Now, here's the conventional release on the downswing, where the club is basically parallel to the ground. Let's look at the hammer attack angle or the long ball secret, where my hands are below my waist and the club head is behind my head. Now, you decide who really has more momentum, who really has that trigger effect on the downswing, the parallel to the ground at this point, or where your hands are below your waist and the club head is behind my head. Well, the long ball secret has got power that you've never experienced. You're going to experience so much whip, so much club head speed, you almost fall down the first time you swing. It's that unbelievable. Now, let's take a look at the five simple steps in the set up, in your address position, to experience the long ball secret. Point one is, let's get athletic. Let's be athletic in this swing. Do you remember the set up where your feet were basically square at address? Well, what we're going to do is we're going to take our feet and turn them 45 degrees. We're going to actually rotate them at a 45 degree angle. Now, what this is going to do is it's going to keep you square over the ball. Remember, one of the ingrained problems in your traditional set up with a square stance is you sway. What you have a tendency to do is you sway. Your weight shifts to the outside of your right foot, your hips slide to the right. Remember, you have no chance to get back to the ball with a square set up. So the 45 degrees is basically going to give you a chance to get back to that ball square every time. So basically, when you take the club back, automatically your hips rotate versus the sliding action, the sliding action that 90% of the golfers have a problem with. So you have yourself automatically winding up like a big spring with this tension, with this resistance to create this tremendous torque that we're going to build up in the long ball secret. Point two is to put our weight on our heels. Now you remember in point one, we were put our feet at 45 degrees. Well, point two, basically you're going to put your weight on your heels. Now, why are we going to do this? Well, basically what we're looking for is a counterweight effect. What we want to do is anchor ourselves so that we can wind this giant spring up with our body. We've got our athletic position in point one with our 45 degrees. So now what we're going to do is actually establish an anchor or a base to wind this big spring of our body up to really hammer the ball. What they've taught you in their traditional set up is to put your weight on the balls of your feet. Now really, think about this a minute. If you do that and you follow a little bit more instruction that they've given you, sit on a high bar stool. So let's take a look at that from a side profile. You could call it a scissors move where you're sitting here, your weight's on your balls of your feet, you're sitting on a high bar stool. Now, what's wrong with this? Well, I can tell you when I was learning golf, one day I'm out there like this, the next day I'm like this, the next day I'm like this. There's no consistency. I could never get comfortable over the golf ball. At the same time, I feel like I'm falling over. I feel like I'm falling over. Well, how in the world is this going to give me the counterweight effect to really hammer the ball? There's no way you have an anchor in this position. So what I came up with is altering the center of gravity in a golf swing. So what we're going to do is we're going to stand nice and tall in our golf swing and we actually will tighten our hamstrings and actually fall over to the ball, tightening our hamstrings. And what we're doing is we're altering the center of gravity in golf. You've heard of center of gravity. Think about Michael Jordan. Why did he jump so high? He had good center of gravity. Same thing in skiing. Think about why you could turn a snow ski down a hill. You've got the center of gravity. It's the same thing in golf. So what you have to do is have the perfect center of gravity. And what we have with a long ball secret in point two is putting our weight on our heels. We're positioning the center of gravity to basically the biggest muscles in your body. And the biggest muscles in your body are your thighs. So what you have is an imaginary line from the thighs to our shoulders, which gives you the strongest axis of rotation in a golf swing. What this does, it gives you this huge turning axis to pivot your golf swing and wind up that big spring that we're building. This imaginary line, what it does, it alters the center of gravity. The center of gravity in a traditional swing is about the axis of your waist, where the long ball secret, the turning point, is about your thighs. The thighs are the biggest muscles in your body. So what we're going to do is we're going to wind your upper body about this axis of the thighs to create this tremendous spring action on the downswing. Point three is the most exciting part of the long ball secret, and that's relaxing your left elbow. You've seen these golfers in the traditional setup where they're basically got their vice grip on the club. You can see their veins in their arm. I can tell you, they have no chance of hitting a long ball when you're gripping the club like that. You can see the veins in your left arm. So what we're going to do is we're going to actually take our left arm and point our left elbow towards the target. What this does for me is it triggers its almost hammer time, where with a conventional swing with a straight left arm, you've got an ingrained problem in your golf swing because your shoulders are basically parallel to the ball. When your shoulders are parallel to the ball at address, you've got no chance to really wind up and hit the long ball. Now another thing the left elbow at the target does, it allows you to take a bigger turn at the top automatically. Everybody's got this natural turn in them. By relaxing that left elbow, it's going to allow you to get that natural turn in your golf swing. So it looks like this. Here's my left elbow set at address, and basically as I take the club back, it's going to allow me to actually get my shoulders at 180 degrees turned away from the ball, which is amazing. You'll never ever be able to experience this natural turn without relaxing that left elbow at address. With a conventional swing, basically your shoulders are parallel to the ball and your left arm is straight. In the takeaway, everything remains parallel to the ball. So what happens is, is basically this is the top of your swing. You have to release early in a conventional setup because physics dictates that your upper body is square to the ball, so you have to release at the top of your swing up in here. If you release up here, you've got no power in your swing. You've let the power out of your giant spring. So where would you want to be? Where do you want to be in your golf swing at the top of your swing? The long ball secret position is right here, where you're turned 180 degrees naturally towards the ball. Who's really going to hammer the ball? A long ball secret where you're totally torqued 180 degrees away from the ball, or the conventional setup where the torque of your swing is let out at the top of your swing before you even get started. Point four is to rotate our shoulders as far as we can rotate them away from the golf ball and it looks like this. What this does, it puts you in the perfect path every time in the takeaway. What this also does, if you take a look at the right elbow and the right side, automatically creates a pocket or a vacuum for your right elbow, which is another ingrained problem with a conventional swing. So remember, this swing, everything happens automatically in the setup. What we're going to do is we're going to point our left elbow at the target and pull our shoulders away from the ball, dropping our right elbow into the slot. You remember in a conventional swing with a straight left arm and our shoulders are basically hinged. If our shoulders are hinged, basically we've got this problem with a flying right elbow. We've got all these problems and you've heard them talk about if your elbow's flying, well where's the ball going to end up? Out there in the fairway. Probably won't be in the fairway. We fix this problem by rotating our shoulders as far as possible away from the ball. Now, each of you has a different rotation. Some of us are more flexible than others, but the important point to remember, the farther you rotate your shoulders away from the ball, the farther you're going to hit the ball on the downswing. And I can tell you, no matter how stiff you are, if you can rotate it an inch, two inches, six inches, the farther you can rotate it and put it in that position, the farther you're going to hit the ball on a downswing. Point five of the long ball secret is getting the tension out of your hands. Getting the tension out of your body before you want to really hammer the ball. I can tell you, if you're one of these guys that sits here with his vice grip and absolutely locks up on the ball before you take it back, you've got no chance to hammer the ball. So what we're going to do in point five is something that I call the hammer tap. The hammer tap is nothing more than relaxing your hands, relaxing it, and tapping the club five, six times, totally relaxing your entire body. You want to feel that relaxation so you're ready to really wind up and apply the long ball secret method to your swing. Sometimes people see me applying the hammer tap on a tee box and they're like, whoa, what is that? Looks like I'm nervous. Well, let me give you a little example. In baseball, if you ever look at the hitters that can really hit, what do they do before they hit the home run? What does Mark McGuire do before he hits the home run? What does Donnie Bichette do before he hits the home run? If you take a look at the baseball players, what they actually do is they relax their hands. You'll always see them do something with their hands or with their shoulders. Donnie Bichette's always got his hands going. You'll see him working those hands right up until the pitcher releases the ball. You've got no chance to hit the long ball if you don't get over that golf ball and relax. And the hammer tap is a proven method to help you relax. When you're the world champion, it's hard to find a driving range big enough. And when you have the long ball secret, it makes it even worse. Warning, you may lose your foursome. Family Golf is a beautiful golf center near where Jack's offices are. And it's near an airport. And this is the truth. Jack was hitting practice balls one day and the airport controller called over at the driving range and got a complaint because Jack was flying the airplanes that were coming in for a landing. Jack was hitting his eight iron and the balls really go high. And these planes are flying in low and the pro comes out, I'm getting calls from the airport. You've got to quit hitting your irons. The FAA was there. The head of the airport authorities were there and they conceded that Jack might be able to, but he never got an ace, he never scored one hit on an airplane. Now what happens in the long ball motion? To me this is the most exciting part because we got ourselves set up in these five simple steps and now it's hammer time. So let's go through these steps again. Point one is put your feet at 45 degrees. So what we're going to do is actually position ourselves with our feet at 45 degrees. Point two is putting our weight on our heels. Now we all know why we're going to do that. Point three is pointing our left elbow at the target. Oh, it makes me tingle thinking about hammer time. Point four, because we've bent our left elbow, it allows me to take my right shoulder and pull it away from the target. Point five is the signal for hammer time. It's the hammer tap. So what we're going to do is tap that ground a little bit, get the tension out of our body and really start thinking about winding it up. Now how do we wind this up? How does the long ball motion really work? There's only one thing you have to think about to be successful with a long ball motion and that's the takeaway. The takeaway's got to be slow. The first eight to ten inches, you've got to take the club back. So basically what we have is we have a bent left elbow, we've got our right shoulder. What we're going to do is we're going to immediately rotate our hands away from the golf ball and looks like this. We're going to rotate our hands 90 degrees away from the golf ball. What it looks like with our left arm, our left arm is if we're shaking hands, reaching up to shake hands. Our right arm is like we're thumbing a ride. Your right elbow stays on your right side. If you put your hands together, it looks like this. Basically you're rotating your hands 90 degrees away from the golf ball. If you can do this, if you can shovel your hands into this hole, into the same hole every time, what you have is you have the perfect path. You have a repeatable path. It's robotic. Every time you have the perfect path in the takeaway, and what does the perfect path give you? It gives you the perfect shot in the fairway every time because remember, the takeaway is the variable where the ball ends up. If you can take the club back the same every time, you'll have the perfect shot in the fairway every time. What you can see from this in this rotation is my bent left arm at address has now straightened and has guided the club into the perfect path. And what you see with my right arm and my right elbow, it's in the perfect path. So what we've done is we've established the perfect path. Now let's take a look at this with the club in our hand. So basically we take the club and we rotate it 90 degrees slowly. You've got to remember in the long ball secret to rotate the first 8 to 10 inches slowly so it looks like this. Nice and slow, nice and slow until we get to the hammer attack. The exciting part is that the club at knee height has found the perfect path. You remember the traditional swing where you've got to take the club back and basically you're set up and you take the club back and you've got to think about something that somebody told you and you have all these multiple paths, you have no idea where to take the club back. You've been told inside out, outside in, you've been told something, none of it works. You're still taking it back, hoping that you establish some muscle memory and play golf for the next 20 years and develop it. So what happens is in the conventional set up, as you take this club back, you're searching and you're up here and you're still searching and you're looking for that muscle memory from 2 days ago and my gosh, you're still looking for it up in here. What happens in the hammer system? What happens in the long ball secret system? What happens in the long ball secret system is you remember that the club at knee height, you've already found the perfect path. So guess what? An alarm goes off every time in my head when the club gets knee height because that triggers me and tells me it's hammer time. It's time to wind up and generate that club at speed where the conventional guy, he's sitting here taking the club back, he's looking, he's looking, he can't generate any momentum. He can't generate any club at speed because he's trying to find the path, let alone his shoulders are square, his feet are square. He's got so many problems, he's got no chance. Now we're at knee height in the takeaway with the long ball secret. So now all you have to do is come straight up. You come straight up because remember with our shoulders turned, we've created the perfect path. We've created the perfect plane. So what we're going to do is absolutely rotate our hands 90 degrees and now we're going to come straight up. And what we're going to see is our bodies fully coiled, we're at 180 degrees to the target. We're almost ready for the hammer time. We generate all this momentum to the top of our swing and now we're ready to really release it. Now here's where the long ball secret kicks in. What happens is we've generated all this momentum and what we're going to do because of the way we're set up in these five simple setups is we're going to automatically lead with our legs. Leading with our legs will help us create this huge spring, will help us create this huge centrifugal force effect where when we get into the hammer angle, we're ready to release. What we're going to do automatically in a long ball secret technique is lead with our lower body. What you want in a golf swing, in the perfect golf swing is to lead with your lower body, resist with your upper body so you can build this giant spring, this giant torque reaction. So basically it looks like this. You're at the top of your swing, you're releasing your legs, driving into the ball, keeping your upper body back so your hands are actually below your waist and the club head is behind your head. Now think about the possibilities at that point. I mean we're talking about some real hammer time here. We're talking about the trigger effect. We're talking about centrifugal force. We're talking about massive club head speed. We're talking about an explosion on the ball. We're talking about a major pow when you hit the ball. It's exciting. Now remember, it's the utmost importance that you get your lower body moving ahead of your upper body. Now for you golfers out there that have your upper body ahead of your lower body, guess what happens? You're going to slice the ball. So all you have to do is get in this position where your lower body is moving ahead of your upper body. The reason why conventional golfers will never experience the long ball secret, the hammer attack angle, is the downswing. You remember on the downswing, you release early where the club is parallel to the ground. You've got no chance to experience that hammer angle, that left arm in this club shaft creating this huge angle, this huge momentum attack on the golf ball. Because in the traditional set up, you're here. You've already released everything. You've lost all the power. You've lost all the pop. There's nothing left. Another major problem in the conventional stroke is the follow through. Now this relates to the takeaway. If you think about how you end up on a golf swing, where do most people really end up? Very few people have a strong finish. The reason being is they take the club back too fast. They get excited. They get just, boom, they're just all excited to take the club back. Well, the key to a strong finish is a slow takeaway. The long ball secret is based on a slow takeaway. It's one thing that you have to concentrate on when you take the club back, is to take it back slow. A strong finish looks like this, where your hands are cupped, the club is wrapped around your head, basically your stomach is facing the target, your weight is on the outside of your left foot, your right toe, and you hold this finish for three seconds. That's the perfect finish. That'll give you the perfect rhythm, the perfect timing in your swing. It's one of the keys in the long ball secret method. Think about the momentum you create with a hammer attack angle, with this huge angle. The momentum's unbelievable. Think about the finish that you get. Let me demonstrate. Now that's a strong finish. And now you know the long ball secret. Included in the long ball secret is the Paul Trainer, the most advanced designed training device in the world. What this does is it seeks your natural path. Remember, the long ball secret, everybody has a natural path, and what this does with its elliptical design, actually seeks your natural path like a heat-sinking missile. So it'll find your path, everybody's got one, this will find your perfect path every time in your golf swing. Here's how I use the Paul Trainer. It's got a gripping device to teach you the proper grip. It also will help you increase your flexibility. It also helps you work the muscles. It helps build those golf muscles. It helps you build the forearms, your wrists, your hands, your back. It'll really strengthen your swing. It also will help you with your tempo and timing, and give you the proper rhythm. The Paul Trainer also is a great warm-up device. You've all went out bogey the first two holes because you weren't warmed up. Well, the Paul Trainer, if you swing it 15 or 20 times, you're automatically warmed up to power that first hole, and that's what the Paul Trainer does. The Paul Trainer can be the difference between bogeying the first three holes. You've all done that because you're not warmed up. The Paul Trainer will increase your flexibility out there on the golf course. It'll get you warmed up to power that first hole. Another great application of the Paul Trainer is you can use it in the office. This is the way that I stay in shape during the winter. I mean, every day I swing the Paul Trainer 50 to 100 times. It automatically keeps my tempo and timing in total rhythm. Another feature of the Paul Trainer is it teaches you the hammer attack angle. Remember, what it does is it seeks your natural path, and what you can do with the Paul Trainer is you can practice at home and teach yourself the long ball secret method and also work on your rhythm, tempo, timing, and work on that strong finish I told you about. What time is it? It's hammer time. We have a go for the main engine start, six, five, four, three, two, one. She's gone. This has been a paid advertisement from Hammer Productions. It's hammer time.
