The Bible is a big book with lots of big words in it. But did you know the Bible is not just for adults? That's right. It's for kids too. And there are lots of things in it that God wants you to know. That you can memorize and hide in your heart. Because God thinks children are very important. One day little children like you were brought to Jesus for his blessing. While he was answering some questions about families. Now the disciples thought the children would bother Jesus. And they told them to go away. But Jesus wanted the little children to come to him. Matthew 19 verse 14, Let the little children come to me, and do not forbid them, for of such is the kingdom of heaven. Let the little children come, let the little children come, let the little children come to me. Let the little children come, let the little children come, let the little children come to me. And do not forbid them, do not forbid them, for of such is the kingdom of heaven. Let the little children come, let the little children come, let the little children come to me. And do not forbid them, do not forbid them, for of such is the kingdom of heaven. For of such is the kingdom of heaven. This next Bible verse is a real challenge. Because it doesn't say do some things, or even do most things, but do all things without complaining or arguing. From Philippians 2 verse 14, Do everything without complaining or arguing, so that you may become blameless and pure children of God. Do everything without complaining, do everything without arguing, so that you may become blameless and pure children of God. Do everything without complaining, do everything without arguing, so that you may become blameless and pure children of God. Without complaining, without arguing, do, do, do, do everything. Ah, Mom, that Brussels sprouts again. Hey, that's mine, you give it back. I saw it first. No, you didn't. I did too. Wait a minute, you guys, you know what the Bible says. Without complaining, without arguing, do, do, do, do everything. Do everything without complaining, do everything without arguing, so that you may become blameless and pure children of God. Children of God. Children of God. Hosanna is a Hebrew word that means, oh, save. The Jewish people used this word to praise Jesus when he rode into Jerusalem on a donkey. As they waved palm branches and spread their coats on the road, they shouted, Hosanna. From Matthew 21 verses 9 and 11, Hosanna to the son of David, blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord, Hosanna in the highest. So the multitude said, this is Jesus. Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord, blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord. Hosanna to the son of David, Hosanna in the highest, Hosanna to the son of David, Hosanna, this is Jesus. Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord, blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord. Hosanna to the son of David, Hosanna in the highest, Hosanna to the son of David, Hosanna, this is Jesus. Hosanna, Hosanna, Hosanna in the highest, Hosanna, Hosanna, Hosanna, this is Jesus. Has anyone ever hurt you? Did you feel like hurting them back? The Bible tells us to be good to our enemies and not to act like them because only goodness can overcome evil. Romans 12 verse 21, Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good. Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good. Do not be overcome by evil. Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good. Do not be overcome by evil. With good, with good, overcome evil with good. Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good. Do not be overcome by evil. Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good. Do not be overcome by evil. With good, with good, overcome evil with good. Do not be overcome by evil. Did you know there was a man called John who was known as the disciple whom Jesus loved? He was there when Jesus died on the cross, and this is what he wrote in the Bible about love. 1 John 3 verse 16, This is how we know what love is. Jesus Christ laid down his life for us. Jesus Christ laid down his life for us. For us. For us. This is how we know, this is how we know, this is how we know, this is how we know, what love is. Jesus Christ laid down his life for us. For us. For us. Children are supposed to obey God. Children are supposed to obey parents. They will be obeying God too and doing what is right. Ephesians 6 verse 1, Children obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. Children obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. Children obey your parents in the Lord. Children obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. Children obey your parents in the Lord. When Jesus was a little boy, he had to grow and learn just like you. He probably knew what it was like to have a skin knee or the hiccups. The Bible says as he grew older, he grew taller and wiser. People thought he was a good boy and so did God, his father. Luke 2 verse 52, And Jesus grew in wisdom and stature and in favor with God and men. And Jesus grew in wisdom and in stature and in favor with God and men. And Jesus grew in wisdom and in favor with God and men. Do you ever feel afraid? Even David, who was a brave warrior and a mighty king, felt afraid sometimes. You know what he did? Listen to what he wrote in the book of Psalms. Then you'll know what to do next time you feel afraid. From Psalm 56 verses 3 and 4, When I am afraid, I will trust in you, in God whose word I praise, in God I trust. When I am afraid, I will trust in you, I will trust in you, I will trust in you. When I am afraid, I will trust in you, in God whose word I praise. When I am afraid, I will trust in you, I will trust in you, I will trust in you. When I am afraid, I will trust in you, in God whose word I praise. In God I trust, when I am afraid, in God I trust, in God whose word I praise. When I am afraid, I will trust in you, I will trust in you, I will trust in you. When I am afraid, I will trust in you, in God whose word I praise. I trust you, Lord. I really do. While the Apostle Paul was in prison, he wrote a letter to his friends, the Philippians. Paul didn't want his friends to worry about him. He wanted them to know that God was giving him strength and joy even in a cold and lonely prison. Philippians 4 verse 13. I can do all things you like to train me. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Now you may be able to tame a bucking bronco or a wild cat, but you can't tame a tongue. If your tongue is always getting you into trouble saying things that shouldn't be said, here's something you can do. Psalm 34 verse 13. Keep your tongue from evil and your lips from speaking lies. Keep your tongue from evil. Keep your tongue. Keep your tongue from evil. Keep your tongue and your lips from speaking lies. Keep your tongue from evil. Keep your tongue. Now grab hold of your tongue while we sing it again. Keep your tongue from evil. Keep your tongue. Keep your tongue from evil. Keep your tongue and your lips from speaking lies. Keep your tongue from evil. Keep your tongue. Can I lick all my tongue now? Let's love God with everything we've got. Jesus said that's the great commandment. What's a commandment? Well, it's a rule for us to obey. Matthew 22, 37. You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the first and great commandment and the synch and is like it. You shall love your neighbor as yourself. You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your heart. You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, and mind. You shall love the Lord your God with all your soul, with all your soul. You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, and mind. You shall love your neighbor as you love yourself. You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, and mind. You shall love the Lord your God with all your mind, with all your mind. You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, and mind. You shall love your neighbor as you love yourself. You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, and mind. Jesus said the golden rule sums up the law and the prophets. Now how can something so simple say so much? Well, it's because the golden rule is the rule of love, and love is the greatest thing of all. Matthew 7 verse 12. So in everything you do, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the law and the prophets. Do to others, do to others, what you would have them do to you. Do to others, do to others, what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the law and the prophets. So in everything you do, do to others, do to others, what you would have them do to you. Do to others, do to others, what you would have them do to you. Do to others, do to others, what you would have them do to you. For this sums up the law and the prophets. So in everything you do, do to others, do to others, what you would have them do to you. The Bible is also called God's Word. In God's Word we find wisdom and help to guide us through life. Do you want to know what God is like? How he feels? How he thinks? What he wants from you and for you? Then remember to always listen carefully to his words. Think about them and hide them in your heart. Psalm 119 verse 105. Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path. Your word is a lamp to my feet. Your word is a lamp to my feet. Your word is a lamp to my feet. Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path. Your word is a lamp to my feet. Thank you.
