Just a typical Rexall store in a typical American community. This is the hall of Rexall. Here, hundreds of competent, hardworking people work and plan for the future. Here's what you need. A tube of Stag. One of the finest Rexall products and one of the best shaving creams in the business. Feeling yucky, gli, stuffed up, under the weather, over the hill? Maybe we can help. It's the new Rexall Cough and Cold Center. We can help the miseries. There are a lot of different names for vitamins, but Rexall is one good name for value. At your Rexall store. You've just seen how one business has evolved over the past 90 years. A dramatic evolution, to be sure. But it's nothing like the changes reshaping today's global economy. Changes creating an environment unsettling to some. To others, though, it's an invitation. Over the last 10 years, the pace of change has accelerated much faster than ever before. So fast, in fact, that some experts call this a blur economy. Business is a blur. It's moving that fast. What kind of changes are we seeing? The once cherished fundamental principles of how to make money are being challenged to the core. The old business models just don't work the way they used to. It's no longer enough to simply have a viable product or service to offer. New pressures exist. Pressures brought about by definitive changes in the marketplace. The bottom line? Each one of us is affected by them, regardless of where we work and what we do. Our challenge is to recognize and respond to these new realities. Or expect to get run over by them. What are these new realities? Reality number one. You are self-employed, whether you know it or not. You are your own brand and must be prepared to market yourself. Have you been to the newsstand lately? Fortune magazine reports that in the new economy, the skills that come with age count for less and less. Suddenly, 40 is starting to look and feel old. Our charge is to run an inventory of our own skills and to market them. To step up, we need to change our way of thinking. According to Stan Davis and Christopher Meyer, who are two members of the prestigious Ernst & Young Center for Business Innovation, you, not your boss or employer, are responsible for your future. You have to stop thinking of yourself as a wage slave. Free agency is how we'll work. Think of yourself as self-employed. Reality number two. The fastest route to greater profitability is paved by electronically connecting to a wide network of people who build our own economic environment. Today, connectivity is king, and relationships count more than ever before. Businesses large and small work to establish and leverage these relationships to become mutually profitable. Many corporations use technology to speed and control the components of getting a product to market. A key strategy in a blur economy is to outsource. Here's how it works. Manufacturing is outsourced to suppliers, and companies concentrate on design, marketing, and efficient use of its network of distribution channels. It's the technology that manages the communications among these companies. In a blur economy, you don't do it all. In a blur economy, you shouldn't do it all. Instead, the smarter course of action is to build a reliable network that allows everyone in the network to thrive by doing what he or she does best. Reality number three. Intellectual capital is our most valuable asset. Your ability to adapt, to change, to see the challenges for what they are is the single most important factor of whether you will succeed or fail. Now, this doesn't mean that money isn't important. Obviously, it still is. However, having a lot of money to make more money is not as important as it once was. What matters even more now is your ability to leverage the environment. And the people with the aptitude and attitude to do so are the ones who are going to prosper. These three realities, these cornerstones of the future, only begin to address the challenges of the day. Change is fundamental. It's pace, staggering. So what do you do with all this? The former chairman and CEO of Citibank, Walter Wriston, had a suggestion. He said there is an urgent need for business people to acquire new perspectives and learn to operate with new rules if they want to survive and prosper. New perspectives are needed to prosper. Certainly a provocative statement, maybe a little unnerving. But what does this have to do with Rexall? Even more importantly, what does this have to do with you? In a word, everything. Did you know more than 40 million Americans, just like you and me, are finding success away from the traditional corporate structure? And a growing number of these 40 million are finding success with Rexall Showcase International. My career background is medical. I'm a registered nurse and I spent about 15 years in psychiatric nurse specialty. And when I was younger, that was great. The hours were long and the stress was high, but I thought that was pretty exciting. But as I got older and the industry began to change, I found that I was really experiencing some major burnout. And what it amounted to was the stress was now taking a toll on my health. I also would come into work knowing that I really didn't feel as good about my job as I used to. I couldn't quite finish everything to my satisfaction. And I was losing the very best of what I brought to my career, which was my enthusiasm and my insight and my dedication. I guess when I graduated college, I was pre-programmed like everybody else. I worked for a Fortune 500 company. I was an entrepreneur. And in both cases, my success ladder was on the wrong wall. I was working six days a week, 16 hours per day, and I lost my personal life. I'm a physical therapist and I've been a physical therapist for 18 years. It's been a great opportunity, a great job for me. I'm a single parent of three boys. HMO's Banished Care were coming into the future for me. And so I realized that I needed to look at a different way to diversify my income, to leverage my time. You see, I was making a good six-figure income as a stockbroker. I didn't need more money, but what I wanted to have was less stress, more control of my time, and the ability to do things that I enjoy doing without that constant liability of the stock market hanging over me. By the time we hit our mid-30s, I was in a position where I could work hard and do well, but I couldn't do much better even if I worked a lot harder. My wife was doing very well, but she was in business for herself and by herself, and she really didn't have an ounce more of energy or a minute more time she could afford to put in. What we were looking for was a business that we could run from our home so that we could be with each other, which was the whole point of our getting married in the first place. When I came across Rexall Showcase International, I was really intrigued that an old company like Rexall had something new going. It was so visionary, and I was attracted to it. So I checked it out. I did my homework, and pretty quickly I made a decision that I wanted to be part of it. I put in part-time hours for a few years, matched my income on a part-time basis initially, and then after about five years, I had tripled what I was able to make in my best year in nursing. Because Rexall has allowed us to build a leveraged income, what we've discovered is that we now have time freedom, an income that really eclipses our former incomes combined, and now we have the freedom to do the things that are important to us without having to put in an hour to get paid an hour. These individuals are part of a growing number across the country who have used Rexall to insulate themselves from the changes in the workplace. Since it began in 1990, Rexall has been one of the most effective ways for thousands of people to prosper in this new economy. Let's review exactly what they're leveraging in Rexall. Ninety years ago, Rexall drugstores began dotting the landscape all over the United States. Their reputation for excellence in products and services soon gave them a recognizable place of respect on the corner of nearly every main street across America. Today, Rexall is more. No longer simply a string of corner drugstores, Rexall is now known as the Rexall Sundown Corporation, based in Boca Raton, Florida. As a corporation, Rexall Sundown's profile is unmistakably strong and impressive. The corporation is debt-free. It's ranked in the NASDAQ 100 Index, and Fortune magazine recently named it number 28 in the 100 fastest growing companies in America. All of this success has not compromised its tradition of excellence, its commitment to manufacturing the highest quality products. Rexall Sundown Corporation is a family of companies, all of which are thriving, and one company within that family stands out, Rexall Showcase International. Its unprecedented growth is the direct result of three bold moves. First, Rexall decided to take a new approach to health issues. They saw a saturated market for products that provided remedies for health problems, and they saw a conspicuous absence of products that helped prevent health problems, and that meant the existence of a huge, untapped market. Second, Rexall implemented a system of product distribution, which allows its distributors to focus on the marketing of the products, while Rexall focuses on the development, manufacturing, and warehousing of products. And finally, Rexall realized a clear need for a lucrative compensation system to attract the best and the brightest into its network. The power of making these decisions early is that now, Rexall Showcase continues to profitably outpace its competitors before many of them even perceive the need to make a shift. And, as in any race, setting the pace matters. This reality has not only helped Rexall profit, but also its associates. For example, Eddie Stone is a man who has demonstrated his intellectual capital by a proven track record of success since he joined in 1991. It's a real privilege for me to be able to speak with you, as I have a great deal of passion for this venture. As we've discussed, to keep up with new economic realities, you and I should consider ourselves self-employed. In fact, it's up to us as free agents to determine our financial futures. It doesn't matter if you're a doctor, a factory worker, a vice president, or a homemaker. This is a cold, hard truth of today's business. However, I've learned that being a free agent doesn't have to be a cold, hard truth. In fact, realizing this can be a welcome relief, because as a free agent, you have the freedom to do as you wish, to sign on with whatever team you want. The critical decision is to make sure you join a team with an economic incentive to help you as much as you have an economic incentive to help the team. The only company that you want to help grow is the company that wants to help you grow. I'm living proof that there are great opportunities today. I found the team and the company I needed in RSI. They gave me an environment that lets me use my talents, my skills, my energies to prosper and contribute to others. My wife and I started with as much time as we could, but it was limited by other work obligations. Still, we made the time to make this work. We took advantage of the strengths of the company, these products, the compensation plan, and the support of the network. And we have built something that in just seven years has become a big business, paying us nearly a seven-figure annual income. Remember that diagram of how the super brands structure their business? Well, now, I'm in the center of that diagram. RSI manufactures the products for me, and I didn't have to take the traditional full financial risk to fund that manufacturing. My support staff includes a home team of administrative staff members, researchers, and product managers, and their jobs are to help me do my job. Any accounting necessary to track the activities will be handled by RSI. So when anyone in your network wants to order more products, they call the associated 800 number and place an order. RSI takes the order, processes it, credits your business, and ships it to the user. On average, this takes less than one hour, under 60 minutes from the time the order is placed to the time it's packed and ready for pickup by the shipper. You don't do a thing except benefit from the transaction. Okay, final point. I've told you the resources are phenomenal. I've told you that the money is good. But I haven't told you what gives me the greatest satisfaction. It's the quality of the income, the control I now have over my lifestyle. I choose to work when, where, and for how long. I now have the ability to spend quantity and quality time with my wife and kids instead of putting the entire burden of raising our children on my wife's shoulders or putting the kids in daycare. This means the world to me and my family. Now, I'm not forced to make the tough choices that many others have to make. Now, this only begins to describe my experience with RSI. It's really much more. So to get a bigger picture of what RSI can mean to you, I would like to introduce you to several key members of the team. First, I would like you to meet Mr. Jeff Mack, a gifted entrepreneur with an unparalleled drive and determination. Jeff's financial success with RSI places him in the top one-half of the top 1% of all wage earners in the United States. An industry leader, Mr. Jeff Mack. Thanks, Eddie. I'm happy to talk about my experience with RSI, which started after I'd been working for several years as a civil engineer and project manager in the real estate development and construction industry. After five years of my position, I came to a realization that frankly was unsettling. I was doing what I wanted to do and making what I expected to be making at that stage of my career, but it wasn't as satisfying as I thought it would be once I got there. What was worse was I started asking people who had been in the field longer than I, and I found that even with the seniority and promotions, they still had the same concerns and complaints as I did. That was not good news. So it became obvious to me that my income was dictated mainly by things that were beyond my control. As I looked at other options in the traditional business world, I saw more of the same. Average salaries for middle managers in America range only up to $50,000, and the average earning of executive vice presidents are $108,000. The likelihood of my becoming a CEO of one of the top Fortune 100 companies was zero, so I didn't have the hope of earning what I wanted. I knew I was stuck on a treadmill with no end in sight and no way to get off. I also knew that given my financial goals, eventually I would need to own my own business of some sort. However, I have to say that I was little hesitant when I saw other people who did own their own businesses and who were under incredible stresses trying to control overhead expenses like employees, workers' comp, administrative nightmares, and so on. So I listened when someone spoke with me about Rexall. Frankly, I didn't know about these products. However, when I really looked into the potential of the preventative health care industry and how well Rexall was positioned to fully capitalize on this emerging market trend with its products and distribution systems, I saw that these realities were too big to walk away from. I saw that this was my way off the treadmill and my way of getting what I wanted. The facts and figures behind Rexall's business case forced me to ask myself the hard questions, the same questions I encourage you to ask yourself right now. Has my career or industry gone through a change recently? Has that change been positive or negative? If negative, is it declining at an alarming rate? Can I see my career giving me the financial security I want in retirement? And finally, is my current income so large that I can afford not to look at a lucrative alternative? That was the question that caused me to think, and as I stacked up the answers to these questions and compared my own industry to Rexall, Rexall looked good. In fact, Rexall looked better. So I decided to give it a try. There was no blinding light, no intense moment of inspiration. I just made a decision, a decision to take the least productive time of my week and reprioritize it, to change a habit. Initially, I did what 85% of our distributors do, put in 5 to 10 hours per week. Within a year, I was able to develop this business full-time. As a result, my earnings skyrocketed, starting at $48,000 my first year, and obviously you won't get rich right away, but growing in my seventh year to over $830,000. Now this is pretty dramatic in and of itself, but consider this. If I'd stayed in my previous job, I would have probably made about $75,000 this year, and that's the best-case scenario. All I can tell you is this. If you're looking, then look hard at Rexall. Stare down all the tough issues and ask yourself the toughest questions. You won't find a better answer than Rexall Showcase International. The interesting thing in corporate America was that I was just like everybody else. I was working about 65, 70 hours a week. I was doing well financially, making close to $85,000 a year, and I was doing a whole lot and bringing money to the bottom line for that corporation, but in comparison, I don't think they were paying me what I was worth. In this business, what I've been able to do is develop an income that's now three times larger than ever made in corporate America. It's a business based on me helping other people reach their goals and their dreams, and it's just an absolutely incredible situation. All I wanted out of this business working with Rexall was the opportunity to not have so many limits put on my life. I get a lot of good rewards out of working as a nurse and taking care of people, but financially, it's very limiting. I'd be able to have the extra income in the house now to make a change in the way we live our lives, and not that we want to go out and spend a lot of money on anything, but not be held back wondering, you know, is what we do today going to affect the way we live next month? I didn't want to have those kind of limitations, and now through involvement with the company, with Rexall, it's freed us up a lot to really enjoy just something as simple as going out to a movie and not having to worry about how many cokes we spread around or how much popcorn we eat. And I looked at Rexall, and I saw this as an opportunity for me to be able to build a life for myself, to be able to earn an unlimited amount of income, control my time, and basically control my life. I think probably the thing that scared me the most, troubled me the most when I lost everything I had financially was that I wasn't going to leave anything for the children. And I saw in Rexall the chance to build a business that's going to go on long after I've passed away. It becomes part of a legacy that's going to be passed on to my children and my grandchildren. I think that's one of the greatest aspects about the quality of the income. Okay, you've just been given a closer view of the difference RSI has made in a wide variety of lives. Now it's time to take a closer look at the company itself. We have an opportunity to hear from some of the key people who set the strategies for the company and its product line. We begin with David Schofield, CEO of Rexall Showcase International. Probably the best place for me to start a discussion of Rexall Showcase is to state up front what makes us uniquely successful. First of all, I think Rexall Showcase has an edge over any other network marketing company because of our association with Rexall Sundown, our parent company, who is the uncontested leader in the $12 billion nutritional industry. Rexall Sundown's sales increased an excess of 80% this past fiscal year, with revenues exceeding a half a billion dollars for the very first time. Now bigger isn't always better, but in our case, being number one does have some distinct benefits. One of these benefits is that we become a magnet, attracting many of the leading technical people in the nutritional world. Their expertise translates into informed innovation for our product line, which is a key to continuing our growth strategy of bringing new breakthrough products, which gives us added clout to form important partnerships with many leading institutions, such as Georgetown University and Harvard Medical School, just to name a few. I've got to step back for a second and tell you what this information tells me. It's not only that RSI attracts successful people. Obviously they do. No, these numbers show me something more. They show that successful people understand that income diversification is the best way to reduce the risk in an ever-changing economic environment. When I first got started with this business, I had then been practicing law for 24 years. My work life was spent in the courtroom. I was a trial lawyer. And that was a very, very stressful environment, so much that I literally had pains in my chest. I was suffering from chest pains. The doctor who diagnosed it as stress-related told me that I had to reduce the stress in my life. That caught my attention. This opportunity gave me the opportunity to leverage myself through the activities of many people. That's why I decided to participate. As a result, I've been able to achieve just that. Today, my husband and I don't have the pressure we had before. In fact, as a result of this business, he was able to sell his business in September. Candidly, whether he gets paid out on the whole thing or not, we aren't really feeling the pressure. I don't think there's anything else I could have done over the last seven years that would have allowed me this kind of result and still be at home with my kids. What attracted me to this business was not the business at all. I still work full-time medical practice. I spend 50, 60, 70-some hours a week in my practice. I'm married with three little children. I just didn't see why I'd want to spend any time doing this as a business. But the products were attractive to me. It was what was on the minds of so many of my patients. Personally, I realized that prevention is where it's at. That enabled me to take a look at the product line and try some of the products myself. Once I realized that these products did what they were supposed to do, I had a 30-point drop in my own cholesterol in one month. I had a 10-pound weight loss in the first 30 days. That compelled me to feel comfortable sharing these products with patients. And my professional experience has really catapulted me to look at this as a marketing opportunity. And over the course of the past few years, through a very simple system that the company has put into place, this business has allowed me to create an income stream that's replaced about 40 percent of my medical income. Another integral part of Rexel Showcase International success is its exclusive line of products. Leading product development is Debbie DeSantis. Everything we do here at RSI is defined by our mission to develop unique health or wellness products for an aging population. Our product development team creates products that address the various stages of life and specific requirements for maintaining health. There are over 20 scientists in this group, many with Ph.D.s. All of our products have to meet strict criteria to be part of our portfolio. Each of RSI's products tackles a critical health issue. To better understand this, let's take a look at the top health issues of Rexel's global markets. The commonalities are striking, and RSI has developed health care products that address these top universal killers of heart disease and cancer. Let me give you a couple of quick examples. To help in the battle against heart disease, RSI exclusively offers a number of proprietary products designed to help promote cardiovascular health. The prescription for life system includes BIOS Life 2, which is a natural product, especially formulated to provide an optimal balance of fibers and nutrients. It's also important to remember that this product is covered by two patents for the method and composition for reducing serum cholesterol. Other cardiovascular products available only through RSI include Cellular Essentials, which is a complete system of nutrients designed to optimize the health of the blood vessels. This system of nutrients, including pycnogenol and coenzyme Q10, combines the correct balance of minerals and amino acids to help maximize cell function, cell protection, and cell regeneration. To help in the body's natural process for cleansing toxins, we have two products, Men's Formula Plus and Women's Formula Plus. The key to these products is the patented ingredient D-glucurate. This is a natural substance that nutritionally supports your body's ability to eliminate foreign elements that are potentially harmful. Even more recently, RSI has introduced several unique, groundbreaking new products that broaden the appeal of our product line even further. In the area of weight loss, a market that targets the 54% of U.S. adults that are overweight, we've developed Body Synergy, a breakthrough weight loss system. Backed by over 20 years of scientific research, Body Synergy is a comprehensive approach to losing weight and keeping it off. The program features the Body Synergy Anti-craving Formula, a patented formula that uses neuro-nutrient science to help your brain control your cravings for food. The Body Synergy program also includes proven products such as Bioslife 2, Enzygen, and Diet Essentials to provide proper nutrition and assist with weight loss. And as if that weren't enough, RSI also just developed a cutting edge line of herbal products. And unlike other brands, RSI's proprietary formulas are a blend of established and exotic botanicals cultivated from remote locations around the globe. Since our products are not merely single herb formulas, we can offer you the best aspects of complementary herbs. Cognoblend, in particular, containing PTI 00703, is a scientific breakthrough formula. Alzheimer's disease affects over 17 million people, and plaques begin forming in the brain as early as age 20. Cognoblend's PTI 00703 is the only product tested effective in the prevention of brain plaque formation and the dissolving of pre-existing brain plaques. RSI's herbal products meet established standards and are extensively tested through sophisticated techniques to ensure quality and purity. Now, let's go back to our overall process. Once a product has been formulated and scheduled for distribution, then it moves to the manufacturing stage. The end result is that we have repeatedly earned the highest quality control scores given by the leading auditing authority, H.V. Schuster Laboratories. Well, it's probably clear to you by now that I get a great deal of personal satisfaction from my job. It is gratifying to see a company go the extra mile to make sure its products are developed and manufactured by stringently adhering to the highest standards of excellence. These levels of quality and efficiency are what secure the future for the products and the company. One of the most interesting articles that substantiates the raw ingredients in the products that Rexel Showcase makes is an article that appeared in the February 14, 1996 issue of JAMA Magazine in which the Harvard Medical School Complex followed 43,000 male health professionals among the teaching hospitals that Harvard had in the Boston area. And what they found following these men for a six-year period was that any man who ate 25 to 30 grams of fiber had a 41% decrease in his risk of having a heart attack regardless of whatever risk factors, other risk factors that they had. In other words, it was an independent reduction of risk just by being on a high-fiber diet. Now, why this is so important is because in this country, most people refuse or cannot eat 25 to 30 grams of fiber. Here we have a product that Rexel makes, BioSlife 2, that has just about five grams of fiber in it, 80% soluble, that's palatable, that's easy to take, that's quick, that's efficient. And using this as a method to increase our fiber load, we too can reduce our risk factors. For 13 years, I took an allergy shot once a week and two antihistamines a day, and to tell you the truth, really never felt good. Since I started taking the Defendol, I haven't had an allergy shot in the last five years and I don't take antihistamines, and my allergies are virtually nonexistent. That changed my life. I've had periodontal disease, and twice I've had what's known as root planning, where they actually strip the gums away from the teeth in order to do a deep cleaning. In fact, they could only do one quarter of your mouth at a time, so you get to look forward to three more visits. In 96, I was told by my dentist he wanted to do it a third time. I went on the Ororex. I did not have the procedure done then. I've been back to that same dentist five times. He said, my periodontal disease has cleared up. It's no longer chronic, and I've got Ororex to thank for that. A friend of mine shared these Rexol products with me, and I've had a remarkable, remarkable health experience change with these products. I truly believe I probably wouldn't be alive today without these products. I had had a series of heart attacks, had been through the dehumanizing experience of open heart surgery, had been a year and out of control diabetic when these products were introduced to me. The change in me was almost instant. Within 30 days, my cholesterol had gone under 200, my blood sugar had started to stabilize. Within six months, I was completely off medication. These products have literally saved my life, and my doctor wrote Rexol a letter and stated that, in fact. What does all this mean to you? It can mean a lot. The impact could be profound. A decision to work with RSI could give you the edge you need not just to keep up, but to create financial independence. This last segment is designed to show you how Rexol will directly affect you. So we set up an informal discussion with three of RSI's top earners. You've already met Eddie Stone and Jeff Mack. The third is Mr. Todd Smith, a man whose earnings will exceed $2 million this year, and has totaled more than $10 million since he became a distributor with Rexol Showcase. As we wrap this up, we want to talk a little bit more about RSI's compensation system. Todd, Eddie, and myself are a typical RSI team. We each have our own separate businesses, but in fact we work together and everyone benefits as a result. This works exactly the way RSI designed it. I want to share with you a little bit more information about this system and the financial compensation that you can derive from it. Todd, you introduced this to both Eddie and I. Why don't we pick it up here and you can share with us a little bit of the information and the differences between this compensation system and that of a more traditional business. I'd be very happy to, Jeff. In fact, let me just kind of use my background as an example to illustrate the difference in the kind of incomes that are possible and certainly the kind of income that we enjoy with Rexol Showcase. As I graduated from school, I had my first career in a traditional corporate position where I exchanged time for money, where I was working a linear income. If I wasn't working, I wasn't getting paid. I quickly realized that that was not going to lead me to financial success and financial independence. I thought at that point in my life that the dream would be starting my own small business, and I did, and enjoyed that challenge in my life, so to speak, but found that it was filled with stress, pressure. I was a full-time babysitter having had 25 employees. I found that everybody got paid first. I got paid last. After enjoying that experience, so to speak, for a number of years, I realized that that's not what I wanted to do the rest of my life. I then started to pursue a career in sales where I was in residential real estate, and it was a very successful career for me. I was one of the top producing real estate agents in the state of Illinois where I resided at that time. I found that every year I started over. Every time I sold a home, I was unemployed again, and that my income was based solely upon my efforts. I couldn't even go out in town for a weekend with my family without dealing with all kinds of problems, and the industry was changing, commissions were being cut. As I looked at what I wanted to accomplish in my life, I realized that I would not accomplish it if I continued to pursue my real estate career. Then I was introduced to network marketing, and I had my own skepticism and concerns as I was first introduced to the industry from things that I had heard, but I did my own research. I saw that it was a valid industry. I felt that with Rexall Showcase that I could be very successful and help a lot of people in the process. On a part-time effort, I was able to quickly replace my full-time real estate income. As we look at the kind of income we earn here with Rexall Showcase, let me just kind of back up and illustrate the type of power, the magnitude of a leveraged income, and use my real estate career as an example. In real estate, every time I sold a home, I was unemployed again. My income was only based upon my efforts when I sold homes. Now, had I had the opportunity to take other real estate agents, to train them, and show them how to become successful in that career, and if I was able to be paid a small commission on each sale they made, then obviously I would have created an income not just based upon my efforts, but on the efforts of others that I was able to help succeed. But to take it to the next level, had I been able to take these agents and to teach them how to teach others how to become successful selling real estate, and I was able to be paid a small commission on each of their sales, then obviously I would have been more successful. That's the kind of income that we generate with Rexall Showcase. In fact, as you see the chart here attached, a very small percentage of my income is truly based solely upon my efforts, and even on the efforts of those that I introduced the business to on my first generation. As you look down my first three generations, you can see that that represents approximately 10% of my income. And truly 90% of my income is created from the businesses and the groups of people that have been created on my fourth, fifth, and sixth generation. This has provided for me an opportunity to create an income level much greater than I would ever be able to generate any other way. And beyond just the level of income that this business has provided for me has been the quality of life, the lifestyle, the ability to create an income not based upon my efforts, provides so much more freedom in my life than I would have any other way. And it's just been an incredible experience for me guys, as I know it's been for you. Yeah, I agree Todd. In fact, I saw the same thing in my past career. But what's impressed me the most about RSI is that your income is based on real people using real products that make a tangible difference in their health. In fact, once you build your foundation, and that foundation could be as large or as small as you wish it to be, but once you build that foundation, your income takes on more of a degree of permanency than I've ever seen in any other system of business. Now in addition to the most lucrative compensation package in our industry, RSI has given us the ability to take ownership in the parent company through a very lucrative stock option program. We actually can earn options not in RSI, but in Rexall Sundown, our parent company. In fact, a company that's part of the prestigious NASDAQ 100 index. We can earn options in our parent company just by building our business. Eddie, why don't you share with us what's next? Tell us what it takes to get started. I will, but let me say I concur completely with your thoughts about the compensation package. I believe this is the most effective compensation structure I've ever seen as compared to anything in corporate America, giving a person a real opportunity to earn what they're worth. In terms of getting started, this is the simplest part of our discussion. It's just a matter of you making a determination if this is something you'd like to participate with, and executing a distributor application and having that communicate to the company. We're talking about a cost here of approximately $50. This allows a person to get started, enjoy our products at the wholesale price level, and if they never choose to go beyond that, then that's great. If they want to get started, though, and build a business, they now have an opportunity to begin to put together a network. Now, realistically speaking, though, if someone wants to go out there and build a network, they're likely to need to consider two other cost categories. They may want to purchase some of the promotional material that can be utilized to introduce the great products that we have and the idea of this business concept to those that they know. And also, I believe they're going to want to purchase some products, certainly based upon the material we've heard on this information, that the products can be so effective with one's health. They're going to want to purchase some products for personal use. They may even choose to purchase additional products to have on hand for convenience sakes, but all that's required of someone to do here is to execute a distributor application, and they can get started with this business today. Thanks, Eddie. Yeah, it really is just as simple as that. You know, before we wrap this up, guys, any final thoughts? Todd? Sure, Jeff. You know, probably the most important thing that I can stress is the simplicity of our business and your ability to succeed. Oftentimes, I find that people look at this and kind of question whether or not, with their own background, of whether or not they can succeed. And it's important to understand that there is somebody just like you, with your same background, with your same set of circumstances, perhaps your same challenges, succeeding in our business. If you've got the desire to improve the quality of your life, I'm convinced that our opportunity can provide for you that opportunity you've been seeking if you're just willing to take the next step. And just know that you can do it if you believe you can. Eddie? When I first looked at this business, I was kind of forced to take a personal inventory. I thought about where I was at versus where I wanted to be five, ten, fifteen years down the road. And I determined that I was willing to accept the challenges of starting this business. Starting any small business would be full of challenges. But I determined that the rewards I wanted, the vision, the dreams I had for myself and my family were worth me making the effort. And I discovered that this environment allowed me to grow talents and skills. Frankly, I didn't know I had. Thanks, Eddie. What I'd like to ask each of you to do now is to seriously evaluate the information we share with you. When I first looked at this business, I was hesitant. This is unlike anything I'd ever done before. But I made a decision to get outside of my comfort zone, to do something different. And as I look back, it was the absolute best decision I've ever made in my life. On behalf of Eddie and Todd and all of our colleagues, we appreciate you taking the time to review this material and would ask that you get with the person who handed this to you to discuss your next step.
