Well, I don't know. He's doing all of this. Meanwhile, the defendant says he came over there at 11.30 or something, or 11 o'clock, and threatened him.
I don't know how all this could have been going on.
But at any rate, the plaintiff had no right to park where he did.
The defendant, under the circumstances, had a perfect and legal right to tow the car away.
Judgment is for the defendant.
So Judge Wabner rules that the defendant was within his rights to tow the plaintiff's car.
