Good morning, Tony Ryan with Eyewitness Newsbreak. Today's top stories. Australia leads the medal tally at the Commonwealth Games with 20 gold. The aborigines planning another illegal street march through the city today. The jury in the Chamberlain trial visits the Alice Springs campsite from where baby Azaria disappeared and the Queen flying to Darwin to start her Australian tour. Australia goes into the fifth day's competition at the Commonwealth Games with a healthy three gold medal lead on the nation's table. The 19th and 20th gold medals were added in the last few hours of competition last night and the nearest nation, England, stands on 17. The only upset came when Canada unsuccessfully protested the Australian men's freestyle relay team after they won gold. The Canadians claimed the Australians had altered their swimming order for the closely fought race but the protest was dismissed. And after the race Canada was stripped of second place for breaking at the second changeover. Let's take a look at the medal winners from last night's events. In the 200 metres freestyle relay Australia came first, England second and Scotland third. But in the two other freestyle finals England won the gold. 21 year old Englishman Andy Ashbery set a new games record in the 400 metres to beat Canada's Peter Smith and another Englishman John Davy. Australia's Graham Brewer came in fourth. In the next event English girl June Croft won the 200 metres, blitzing Australia's Tracy Wickham, Susie Boma and Rosemary Brown. In the men's 200 metres breaststroke final Vic Davis of Canada won gold, Glenn Berringan of Australia got the silver and Adrian Morehouse of England the bronze.
