G'day, I've been invited to morning tea with the ladies, so I'm making something special. Cheese scones with some flour, some milk, some butter. You make a soft dough. Now, where's the cheese? Australian cheddar, of course, because I reckon it's better than the imported stuff. Roll it up, cut it out, sprinkle on some more cheese, some herbs, and into the oven.
