Good afternoon, Dean Felton. The death toll from the crash of a Pan Am jumbo at Lockerbie
in Scotland has been lowered. Police have traced six Lockerbie residents safe and well
who had earlier been listed as missing presumed dead. A search is underway on the Gold Coast
for a man missing in the surf at Broadbeach. Police say the 28 year old left a party at
two o'clock this morning to go for a swim and hasn't been seen since. And the National
Christmas road toll has risen to 32 with the death of a motorcyclist in South Australia.
The Queensland toll stands at five. Christmas day weather for Brisbane, continuing showers.
