Tonight, when we introduced the 5P presentation, it was about two years ago, and again the 5P presentation, we talk about product, plan, potential, people, and purpose. As we progress, we're never going to change this format, but it's imperative as we move forward that we get more and can increase more knowledge in each one of these areas. Agreed? In other words, this is a carcass, and it's important that we hang more beef under each one of these. Is that right? You can't get too much knowledge. And tonight what we're going to do, and I'm excited about it, is Dr. Taifu Chin is going to come in and he's going to address some more knowledge underneath some of these headings. Now I advise you, if you would, first of all, if we can have it just a little bit quieter, if you would take some notes, okay, take some notes, because he's going to reveal to you some more information when you're sharing the 5P presentation, how you can make it more powerful, how you can really get into the heart of people. And I'm excited about that, and I know you will be too, so if you would, as we bring to this platform, can we bring to this platform the founder of this company in a manner that he should be brought? Would you rise your feet and bring up Dr. Taifu Chin? I just come back from a trip in the Orient, and I went over to Europe, and I went over to Canada, and during the whole years I've been really thinking, I've been really thinking, especially after when we put out this Sunrider The Choice, this flip chart, and I tell you, Sunrider is really the choice. The only problem is, how can we present it so that people can clearly understand what is Sunrider all about? So after, for the whole years, I've been really thinking, how can we make this program much more effective? So finally, I come up with a, I don't want to say a conclusion or whatever, but I come up with a little bit more experience into how to introduce Sunrider. And so, tonight, you know, I would like to talk a little bit about how to introduce Sunrider and how to give a little bit more, Bob Gorshin said a little bit more beef, all right, you know, or whatever you want to say, a little bit more meat, you know, products or brands and potential people and purpose. Let me give you some example. I find out when I go travel around, when I talk to the people, and sometimes people don't know how to talk about Sunrider products. This is very interesting. Do you know why? I said they don't know how to talk about Sunrider products. So many people feel like Sunrider products are so good. So if I don't talk about how much disease these products can cure, you know, I underestimate Sunrider products. Have you heard about that kind of talk? The people actually really talk about, you know, what disease these products can cure, you know, and what kind of condition or what kind of problem, you know, and these products can do this or do that. It's very interesting because the Sunrider products, it works very good. But on the other hand, sometimes when we talk too much about this kind of disease treatment or, you know, kind of cured or whatever, it can actually degrade Sunrider products instead of upgrade Sunrider products. So I would like to talk a little bit, and I would like to start with product, and then we're going down to the point and potential and the people and the purpose, all right? You know, I just kind of a little bit feeling that I have experience throughout the whole years when I go around and do the Sunrider presentation. So let's talk a little bit about the product. By the way, tonight's, you know, the format will be very simple. I will basically talk about how can you present the products on this category. So the format I will use, it will be point by point. So if you take a note, it will help to understand how we do the presentation. Let's take a look into this area. For example, if you want to put people their hand with products, when you think we have to have one thing, this is very important, it's called where to create a need or give the people a reason why they need to buy this product. Am I right? So that is, you know, I call it an angle or whatever that's for you to sell this product. So number one, you know, it's very simple. You always have to give the people a reason and tell them why they need to eat Sunrider foods. Why they need to eat Sunrider foods. How to get started is very simple. Normally, if you just talk about cure, if you just ask people, you know, do you got this problem or that problem, usually it's not very good because most of the time people are healthy, you know, unless you just focus on the sick people but mostly people are healthy. So when you talk about it, let's focus on one thing. How about let's talk about the environment. You can talk about the need by asking people the question. When I ask, say, how many of you know a friend or a relative that has serious problems such as cancer in the past 10 years? Most people will raise their hand because this is something that everybody can relate it and then you ask, how about 15 years ago, 20 years ago, when you think it's less people and now it's more people? And you can always ask, you know, when you think, you know, it's very interesting because now today we have more drugs, we have better trained doctor and we have, you know, tighter control by the FDA, but why we have all this problem? Why we have more people going to the hospital? Sometimes people will say, you know, I heard one answer, it's very cute, because we have more population, which is somewhat true, but on the other hand, it's actually, we have more people going to the hospital even exceeds the increase of the population. But that really tells us one thing, it's because the environment is so bad that we are even more accepted to the disease. So this is what the people can always relate it. And then in that you can bring them into one thing is this, start asking them, say, do you think, do you think the system that we have, the medical system we have right now, is that really enough to taking care of every problem? And most people will say, no, it's not really quite enough. And it's good, it's wonderful, but it's not quite enough. And you ask them, you know, what is the area that you think is not enough? And a lot of the time people will answer, it's very simple, I say, perhaps on the nutrition. And we all know that you are what you eat, and we all know most of the problem we have today has something related to our diet that we eat every day. So you use this approach to lead the people into the Sunrider foods, because what we are selling is foods. So you start to create, let the people know, today we are not here to talk about curing disease, but we are here to talk about a nutrition program that will help us to fight to survive from the environment that really going downhill. People always can relate to the ozone layer is thinner and thinner, the ultraviolet light will hurt your health, you know, your skin problem, increase the skin cancer, and everybody know this. And everybody know that now today, you know, we are not just only talking about cancer, we are not just talking about certain things, but you see, our nutrition is not enough to cause a lot of problems. You see, AIDS, for example, 20 years ago, I never heard about AIDS. Now everybody heard about it, I heard about it. And why? Originally, AIDS is for animals, but because our depression or, you know, our immune system is so low that we even accept the disease from animals. And this, we are not trying to scare people, but we try to let the people understand there is a need and really a need for additional nutrition so we can fight, so we can fight. Now is the time for us to survive. We just have to survive. So it is very important that we start with a need, you know, for the people to understand that everybody needs Sunrider Foods, everybody needs additional nutrition. And then second, what you talk about is you divide normally people, when they say health, into three different parts. Is it normally people talking about, I call it emergency treatment? That is normally people, when you talk about health, everybody thinks about treatment. That means cure the disease. If you've got a problem, your body cannot maintain the health, so you have to go to see a professional doctor, and they will treat your disease, that's why we call it treatment. But most people, actually what they really like is nobody likes to go to see a doctor to have a treatment. Most people like to maintain their health, maintain their health. What that means is people promote exercise, people promote eat right, and people promote you have to eat less fat, less salt, you know, this type of thing, to help the body maintain their health. We call this is a maintenance program, that is second best. But actually, what some writers really promote is beyond all this, it's on the very top, the best, the ultimate, and the life, we call it regeneration. In this, what we promote is really not treatment. It's more than just maintain your health. What we like to promote is we say, let's give the body good nutrition, enough nutrition, and let's give body right nutrition. With these three concepts, so the body will be able to nourish himself, and the body will be able to what? Do what it's supposed to do. Your body is supposed to regulate your blood pressure, your body is supposed to regulate your blood sugar, your body is supposed to fight for you. So we are not just only trying to maintain health, but we try to let the body be the master. And this is what some writers really promote, is regeneration. Why I talk about good nutrition, enough nutrition, and right nutrition, let me give you an example. Good nutrition means quality. Everybody know, always everybody agrees that we have to give the body the best quality food. And enough nutrition, besides good nutrition, quality nutrition, when you think the body needs extra energy to fight. That means some writers do the best, concentration. Good nutrition, this is very interesting. Most of the time people talk about, say, what is your diet? And I bet everybody will say, well, my diet is pretty good, I have good nutrition, I have sufficient nutrition. Have you heard about that? I have good nutrition, I have quality nutrition. But most of the time people do not say, I have right nutrition. You see, nutrition is a very vast word, everything is really nutrition. For example, many nutrition come with cholesterol, and cholesterol is one of the nutrition. But a lot of time we ate so much cholesterol that more than what we need. We did not give the body right nutrition. That is why right nutrition is this, simply it's called variety and combination. We have to have the right combination of the nutrition. You cannot just simply give the body nutrition, nutrition, nutrition. People say, how about this, I can give you every chicken, you eat one whole chicken, how about that? Every meal, you eat one whole chicken. Do you have good nutrition? Yes. Good nutrition. Do you have enough nutrition? Yes, you have enough nutrition. But you may ask yourself, do I have right nutrition? Maybe not. That is the difference, good nutrition, enough nutrition, but we have to have a right nutrition. And right nutrition usually has to come with variety, because what we need in our body is all different varieties, not just only one. If you just eat chicken, yes, good nutrition, but it's not a variety nutrition. Some people just say, oh, I like to eat vegetable, I eat a lot of salads, I eat a lot of vegetable. But do you have a right combination? It's questionable. So what we try to talk about is in Sunrider, we promote regeneration by giving the body good nutrition, enough nutrition, and right kinds of nutrition. And then after you give it to people, say, what Sunrider really promotes is regeneration. In this section, you already tell the people what is Sunrider foods. So the people will not misunderstand this is for cure or this is for something different. We have to always emphasize in this area, because once you start to get the people into treatment and you really degrade Sunrider products. And when you just talk about nutrition, people were thinking, well, you know, I have good nutrition. Why do I need to eat Sunrider foods? So we have to let everybody understand what we focus on is what we call regeneration. Nourish the body. Let the body be the master. So you start to create a need, and then start to identify what is Sunrider foods. Okay? So after that, you start to talk, and you will not have the confusion that people were thinking, you know, are you talking about cure disease or whatever, because, you know, all this, you talk about capsules, you know, sometimes you talk about liquid, you know, sometimes you talk about powder form. Sometimes people will start to misunderstand it. We are on the cure disease side, treatment side. But if you can clearly identify it, and then people will not have any misunderstanding. And after this, we start to talk about, okay, how can we have the regeneration? How can we achieve the regeneration? Over here, I would like to mention, and usually I would start to lead the people in, instead of talk about nutrition, instead of talk about health, I would start to talk about life. The reason I say life is this, I try to avoid too much about health. Even though everybody understands the health, the health, the health, but most of the time, people are so, how you say that, so educated. When you talk about health, people talk about cure. So this, from now on, instead of talk about health, let's start to talk about life. I usually start with this, when I talk to the people, I say, you see, in our life, everybody looking for a good life. That's basically, you know, it's really a purpose and a drive for people to looking for a good life. You see, it's not only now, today, people are looking for good life. Many, many thousands of years ago, people already looking for good life. You see, about 6,000 years ago, the Chinese already started looking for how can we have a good life, how can we have a smooth life, and how can we even have a long life. You see, it's very interesting, because in the early days, the Chinese had no religion. We don't have a, quote unquote, Chinese religion. You see, most of the religions that are in China now today are really imported, and we just kind of mix it together and make it look like Chinese, all right. So people, it's very logical and people very simply, what they're looking for is how can we have a long life, because since there's no religion, we don't know what will happen after we die. So it's very understandable, people always hope that we can live forever, and we can have a life as long as possible, a quality and long life. That is a mainstream in Chinese philosophy and affect our life for thousands of years. If you take a look in Chinese culture, we have incredible, I mean, we have incredible discovery. We developed the gunpowder, we developed the first paper, we developed the compass, we developed many, many things, but nothing are so powerful and remain so strong like food, Chinese food. Eat. Why? It's very simple. In the very beginning, very early days, people kind of developed into a very interesting philosophy. Do you know what kind of philosophy that early day the Chinese come up, they say, this is quite interesting, they say, they believe, our body, our body is a small universe. So they say, since the universe in large are alive, and they keep expanding, and we are part of it, our small universe, which our body, are very similar to the big universe. So they say, if the large universe, the big universe, are continually growing and continually existing and last forever, maybe we can learn from them, maybe we can learn from the universe and in turn that we can understand our small universe, which is our body. So for thousands of years, what the Chinese did is very simple. They observe, they study how the universe exists and how they function and how they move or how they are being created. So they start to observe how the wind blows, how the water flows, and even they study into how the position affects human life. And it's going to become a very incredible philosophy that affects the Chinese for thousands and thousands of years. Actually, if you take a look in the Chinese culture, every one of them is geared up into one principle, is how can we help the people to have a long life and a good life. So after thousands of years understanding the study, they come up with a very simple philosophy called Yin and Yang and Five Elements that use this simple philosophy to explain a very complicated phenomenon that developed in the universe. Let me give you the outline of what they're doing. They say, first, there is an origin that we call it, there is a god, there is a creator. We call him the origin because we know he is. And number two, the creator, the god, has two power, two energy, just like a person has two hands, left and right. By that time they call it Yin and Yang. This is his two energy, just like cold and warm, inhale and exhale. The creator has two power, Yin and Yang. And he used this two power, two energy to create heaven first, and then he create the earth, and then he create human. This is the three dimension of the creation in the universe. Also this represents the three dimension of our spirit, the heaven, earth, and man. And then after he create the heaven, earth, and man, the creator, he decide to beautify the universe and also implement the wisdom, the quality, the integrity to show everybody, to show the people how beautiful the universe and how wise and how powerful and what is his integrity. He showed it by divide the universe into four seasons, the spring, the summer, the fall, the winter. This teach us when to eat what kind of foods, when to grow what kind of crop, and then he use this power organize the five elements, the fire, water, metal, wood, earth, in different composition, different combination, and then he create heaven, earth, and man. And the same time he implement the change of the spring, summer, fall, and winter for people to follow and to understand how the universe function, to tell the people how beautiful that his creation. So we say if the universe are created in this way, and that means our body are also created in the same way. And other time they say the reason, the reason we cannot have a long life, we cannot have a good life is perhaps, they say perhaps we did not give the body enough material, elements, because we use up, say we use up fire, we use up water, we use up all these five elements, but we did not give the body enough to replenish. And perhaps we did not give the body good enough stuff, good material to replenish. And perhaps we did not give the body right elements to replenish. For example, we use up fire, but we give the body a lot of water. What is that for? Even though we give the body a lot of elements, but it's wrong. So they say perhaps we did not give the body proper nutrition in the modern days, modern days to say. Or maybe we did not follow the principle of the universe. We did not understand that when to harvest the herbs, when to harvest the foods, when to grow the foods, and how to put them together. And we did not understand the change of the season. We did not understand the change of the environment. That's why the foods that we eat is not in good condition, and the nutrition is not enough. And perhaps we did not balance our emotional. And even worse is we cannot manage the energy that is inside our body, our own body. We cannot manage the yin and yang to energy. We did not understand the cold and the warmth. So because we did not follow this principle, that's why we don't have a good life. And our life is not smooth. And the solution, the result is very simple. That is we have to give the body proper nutrition. We have to give the body all the elements that the body needs. We have to give the body the food so we can understand and manage the yin and yang. And so we have to give the body the food so we can balance our emotion, and we can have the balance in physical and emotion, so we can achieve the highest goal in that we call it. When we do all this, we can achieve the highest goal, call it the origin, the harmony. And from this, you start to explain that some of the foods are very simple. We are not trying to give disease, but we try to give the body proper food, nutrition, so we all can have a good life and we all can have a smooth life. And you can understand it's very simple. Yin and yang, this means in and out. What products do we have in this? It's very simple. We have new plus, and what else? We have Kali and Fortune Delay. You see, obviously nutrition, I personally believe are very complicated, and it's very delicate. You see, we often talk about, very simple, we often talk about carrots nourish the eyes. Just some right of foods are very simple, we try to make a very complicated system in a very simple way. But if you take a look at many other companies, when people sit down, do you know how much money I make? Do you know this? It's different. We are different. So let's emphasize on very simple things. Let's emphasize on products. But when you talk about brand, let's not talk too much about marketing brand, marketing program, because many times people will emphasize, my marketing program will pay you more. My marketing program will do better than this. But I have to tell you one thing, I have to tell you one thing, is Sunrider has the fairest, the real fair marketing program. That is the area that we emphasize. Sunrider is a very fair company. Because when you talk about logic, when you really talk about a company, when you talk to a real professional, the people who has integrity, they will understand the only way a company can last, can exist, has to be fair. It's not who makes so much money. And when you talk about product or when you talk about brand, you always have to talk about personal testimony. Am I right? You always have to talk about personal testimony. This is the area I want to talk a little bit. When you talk about personal testimony, you have two kinds of testimony you talk about. Am I right? One is product. And one is what? Personal experience. Okay, when you give a testimony of the product, or your personal experience of the product, because sometimes, you know, testimony, people might think, you know, cure disease or whatever, but why don't you talk about personal experience? The reason I say personal experience is, number one, you have to eat it yourself. Let me tell you. If you start to tell the people, say, this is a testimony, most of the time people say, they come in and say, I have to tell you. You know, about two years ago, I had a real severe arthritis, and it knocked me out and I almost crippled. I cannot walk. And then I ate some of the product. Oh, I feel much better. And then what do you tell the people? You kind of move the direction into cure, into disease, am I right? And once you do this, you start to degrade Sunrider products. And the worst, the real problem is this. Not everybody looking for drugs. Not everybody eat drugs. And not everybody eat it every day, three times a day. And if you build your business in such fashion, it will be short-lived. And then you have to wait for people sick, you know, to use, you know, and so when there's a flu or when there's a problem, a cold strip, the city, you will be the only one happy. And also, let's not talk about the testimonial experience like this, even this. Some people say, okay, now, I correct, I don't talk about any disease. They come in and say, I have to tell you, for so many years, I've been sick, you know, but I'm not going to tell you what disease I got. I just have to tell you, you know, it's terrible, you know, and you know, not even one day, you know, I have, you know, energy, you know, I have, you know, and all this problem, you know, and, you know, I'm universal allergic, you know, I just, you know, it's just so many things, you know. And then I eat some other food. Now, I feel much better. How do you like it? It's better than you tell people the disease, you know. I said it was better, but remember, remember, people always like to see you in the energetic and healthy form. You sell the products to the people, not by how sick you were, but by how excited you are. Do you understand what I'm trying to say? So when you tell the people your personal experience, very important you tell the people say, hey, I eat this product every day, three times a day, I mean, eat this product for how long, you know, and I have to tell you, I feel so good. I never feel better than right now, before, than before. I feel so good, I'm so energetic, you know, and I can walk, you know, I can do many things. Do you understand what I'm trying to talk about? You talk about product testimony, you talk about your personal experience, how you feel right now. It's not how sick you were before, all right. Because then the minute you talk about, you know, your past experience, then you really tell the people, you know, uncertainty in their mind, what is this product? Do you understand what I'm trying to say? And people always like to talk to a people or follow a people or join a people with a very positive and excited mentality, you know, when the people can see you and you eat it every day. And besides that, if you tell them, I eat it every day, people start to think it must be good. Otherwise, why you will eat it every day, all right. And even, well, it's too expensive, but if you can eat it every day, why can't I? Do you see what I'm trying to say? You know, what we try to emphasize to the people is your personal experience, not your testimony of the past. Past is past, there you go. That is very important when we talk about products. Because when you talk about product, definitely you have to talk about your personal experience on products. And you can talk about, you know, all kinds of different products. Let me give you an example, it's very interesting, you know, a personal experience. You know, last month in August, I visited, you know, Malaysia. I have one of my key people in Malaysia, he is so excited, he come in and tell me, say, you know, Chen, let me show you an orange plant, orange tree. You know, the Chinese has a custom. In the New Year's, we like to buy those small tangerine, you know, they grow small orange tangerine on the tree, small tree on the pot. And we think, you know, we believe that it's a very lucky symbol. So a lot of Chinese family during the New Year's, you know, we buy those small tree. And usually those orange were falling out, would dry out, would fall, it was in a month or so, okay, they would not last too long. Anyway, he say, you know, he say, it's incredible that he got an orange tree, you know, in a small pot and right next to his chair. So every day, he say, when I go back home, I drink Cali. And I drink Cali, usually, you know, in Cali, you know, it's a little bit left, you know, and he just, he's just, without any intention, probably just throw into the pot, you know. And he say, amazing, until today, August, none of the orange drop. And he say, this is a miracle, this is amazing, you know, you see, that is talk about personal experience. Do you see what I'm trying to say? You know, many times you don't, you don't really need to tell the people, say, listen, you know, Cali would do this, you got, you got kidney stone, drink Cali. And then you have to find people who got kidney stone. And then every time you have, when you met with people, you have to say, are you rocking inside? You know, you're rocking, you see, you know, you got stone, no, so it's a personal experience. Many things that you talk about, they always give the people a lot of confidence because you are the one drinking it. You are the one eating it. Confidence is what you sell about products. Okay, let's talk about personal experience in business. Let's not talk about money. But sometimes when the people say, if I don't talk about money, then what can I talk about? And this is the testimony or the experience that people always talk about during the, during the, in a meeting, you know, you come out and say, hurry up, sign up with Sunrider. But I tell you, this is the most damage that you can ever do to your people because once you start to mention big amount of the dollar, you start to increase people's expectation. Once you start to increase people's expectation, in their mind, they think about $50,000. In their mind, they think about $60,000. In their mind, they think about a million bucks a year. And then what happened? They have no patience, they started to decrease. Every day they count on money, every day, where's the money, where's the money, where's the money? And then that's why you see many multilevel company come and go so fast. This is one of the reason, because they attract the people coming to the business, not because they have a good product, but because there's a passion of making good money. So many people can make good money, real good money, $50,000, $60,000, $100,000 a month. Not many, very fast, very easy. When they think about this, their patience starts to decrease and they don't want to do the business, they give up much easier. Let's not also talk about too much your past. Let me give you an example, when you do the testimony, you see very often people coming up and say, well, I have to tell you, five years ago, I almost went into bankruptcy. Boy, boy, boy, I was so lucky. I owe so much money, but I find Sunrider. And for the past five years, do you know how hard I work? I work seven days a week, 24 hours a day. Me and my wife, we always, I go this way, my wife go that way, we always work in the business together and we... Finally, after five years, we become a group director. When I look back, the past five years, the tears, the blood, path my way. I have not seen my children for whole months. I work until one o'clock this morning and now I'm here. I try to tell you how wonderful Sunrider products, how wonderful Sunrider foods. How do you like that? Wonderful. It's good, but it's bad. Number one, you tell the people, if you are not broke, you cannot be successful. Number two, my goodness, you have to work 24 hours a day, seven days a week, who want to do that? Who want to spend five years tears and blood? People again, remember, people follow the successful people. You don't need to mention hard work. You don't need, because hard work is life. You understand what I'm trying to say? Everybody work hard. Who now today is not working hard? How many of you have friends that don't need to work and they're on the beach all day long and money keeps coming in? We don't need to tell the people how hard you have to work. You don't really need to emphasize. You don't need to really emphasize on that area. What you need to emphasize is how excited you are. Regardless how hard you work, maybe you are true. Is it true you work seven days a week, 24 hours a day? It is true, but this is a testimony and a personal experience you tell the people. Say, hey, I want to tell you, this year, February, I went over to Hawaii with a group of successful people. I was so excited. You have to see how beautiful the water, how beautiful the girls, how wonderful the winds. Tell them all these exciting things. By the way, we have to make sure to take those girls out, all right? I just slip out. Make sure you cut it out, all right? I just simply made a mistake, I forgot. So what you do is tell the people how excited you are and how much you enjoyed the life. You see, in praying, we tell the people not how much money you make, but we tell the people your lifestyle. You stress, you tell the people how excited you are. Even though today you have not really making good money, but it's okay. You tell them how excited you are, how confident that you feel there is hope. We tell people the future, the hope, rather than tell people the money, rather than tell the people how hard you work. Remember, people always like to follow the successful people, always like to follow the excited people, always like to follow the leader, and the leader always excited. That is the plan. Now the next, the potential. In the potential, always very simple, always tell the people that, you know, put it this way, many times, you know, some company always tell people, say, this year we're going to do this much, next year we're going to do this much, we're going to do this much, and by the year of 2000, we're going to do $3 billion. Have you heard about that talk? So this company has big potential. Number one is misleading. Number two, if a company regrow this way, it will grow to $$$. Do you understand what I mean? What we need to tell the people, the potential, is you tell the people how much you can develop yourself and the company as a future because the company invests money into research and development, invests money into manufacture, invests money into company, and company are always looking for opportunity to increase, to develop, not just only United States, but also internationally, and also mention the people that Sunrider is a company that designed to change with the different period of time. Perhaps I did not explain it clearly enough, but you can use your own words to say it, because you see, now today, it's changing so fast, things are changing so fast. How many of you believe that Berlin Wall will collapse? Berlin Wall, excuse my Chinese pronunciation, but how many of you believe that the Soviet Union will collapse? I want you to ask yourself something like this. Have you given the clear direction to your downline? Clear direction, that means clear. You just tell the people, where are you going? Where are you going? Do you understand what I'm trying to say? You see, many times we talk ourselves into recession. And we not just only talk ourselves into recession, we talk our downline into recession. Your direction is not right. Your direction is not clear. You just have to tell the people. When the people say, how do you feel, you know, I don't know, boy, it's tough. It's tough to do business. What kind of direction do you give it to your downline? Tell me. Negative. Am I right? If you started telling people, say, my goodness, we're in big trouble, we better conserve, we better do this, we better do that, we better do this, we better do that, no, listen, it's always understand, in my personal opinion, you know, maybe the economic, perhaps it's a recession. But to you, to a leader, to a real business world, there is no such thing called recession. And there is no such thing called expensive. It's all in your mind. You created yourself. If you believe in it, your body language will start to tell people, even though you don't say it. Your body language, your face, your body, your hand, your mood, your radiation will tell people, we're in big trouble, too expensive, don't do it, don't do that, no. You are the one actually created. So please understand, give your down line, give your people a clear direction where you go. And the direction is very simple, always positive, always positive. Never say one word negative down line. Do you understand what I'm trying to say? Don't because, don't do it because, well, everybody knows already. Everybody knows we are in recession. So what's wrong? I talk about it. Do you understand why? It is wrong, you talk about it. Because remember, to be a leader, you have to give the clear direction to your down line. To let them know where you're going. And it's very simple. The direction is so simple, positive all the time. Don't complain, there's a problem. Don't complain, there is a problem. There is no problem when you accept it. After you accept it, and that is not a problem anymore. What is left is, what is the solution? Let's do it. I have to tell you, the harder thing is to get your up line excited. The same thing, it's very hard for your down line to excite you. It's better you excite yourself and the leadership is from top down, never from down up. Leadership, it means you have to be firm, do you understand what I mean? You have to be very firm. You have to be flexible, but you have to be very firm. You have to tell the people, this is where we're going, let's go. But be very flexible when you get toward to the direction. You have to understand, you have to follow up, you have to give your down line a chance, you have to tell them what to do, be flexible on that way, but very firm on your direction, the purpose, where you're going, the destination that you're going. And then, let's talk about the last. Tell me, when you have a meeting, what is your purpose? When you have a meeting, when you meet with your people, talk about Sunrider, what is your purpose? To understand the product. To what? Train. Duplicate. Have another meeting. You guys are wonderful, but you'll miss the most important part. Make sure you put the products on their hand before they go home. Do you understand what I mean? You see, people tell me, say, I promote Sunrider, I promote products, but if you don't put the product on people's hand, you are just social. And it's very important that we have that in our mind, keep it in our mind. And I want to screw that, you know, tie it into your mind, that make sure, regardless any meeting, any meeting, make sure you put products on people's hand.
