Overview
The
legend of Avatar takes place in a lost age, when the world was divided
into four nations: Earth, Air, Water and Fire. After years of harmony,
the Fire Nation is now threatening to engulf the entire world. Only
the Avatar, the spirit of all 4 nations embodied in human form,
can save the world. Though he’s been lost for 100 years, the
24th Avatar has finally returned, reincarnated as a 12-year-old
Airbender named Aang.

| Positioning
An
animated epic saga that follows twelve-year-old Aang, a reluctant
hero who must restore balance to his war-torn world. In this action/comedy
he must learn to master the art of Bending – the physical
manipulation of water, earth, fire, and air.
By combining a unique method of fighting (“bending”), movie-quality visuals, an engaging narrative storyline and a “team to identify with” (four nations), Avatar brings the strongest elements of boys action properties into one breakthrough anime brand.
