Summary:
FAO Inc. will most likely close an estimated 70 stores by mid-March. They are looking to build their catalogue business, as well as branch into several new categories including T-shirts, Food-Candy, Ice Cream, Home Decor, and Bath & Body. The plan to fully suport Nick properties in 2003.

Next Steps: Nick will follow up with FAO with regard to the following: Fairly Odd Parents timing and product opportunities, A Series of Unfortunate Events timing, Nick Toons Christmas artwork and opportunity. In addition, Nick will create large scale Jimmy Neutron opportunities for Zany.
