But then there's always that moment of surprise where you're just like, oh this person would never wear that
And then all of a sudden, boom, it's on them and it's their favorite dress ever
But there are always a few who bravely try to go it alone
My best friend, Lydia Hirst, and I actually just kind of helped each other get dressed
We ran into bird dogs, we were like, those shoes, that bag, go, go, go
I look at a dress, I put it on, and I try to think of the most evil person I know and what they would say

But the ultimate defense is to befriend a designer who you can collaborate with
Do you gravitate towards a house like this because what he designs compliments you
Or is it the relationship you have with Stefano? Is there a trust factor there?
Yeah, I love what he does. I think he has exquisite taste, you know, and I'm a friend of his too
I mean, I think I feel very lucky that we have established a personal relationship
We just like each other and I like his work, so it's nice, like a bonus

I think that people get to project themselves with Hollywood in a way that they can't with models
Whereas I think when you see a celebrity wearing something, I think you'd say, oh, I can kind of see myself in that
