I hope you've enjoyed To Have and Have Not. What an entertaining film. Bogart and Bacall, a great team. Incidentally I said earlier she was Howard Hawks discovery. In actual fact in 1943 it was Howard Hawks's wife who saw this girl Betty Bacall on the cover of her Life magazine and there you are she became a movie star. To Have and Have Not by the way was also remarkable not only to her being in the film but also for the husky voice, that special sound her voice had which a lot of people took notice of so much so that when the film was released she dominated the posters in actual fact. Well Howard Hawks made Lauren Bacall go out into the Hollywood Hills every day and shout her lines at the top of her voice until her voice developed that husky sound that was appropriate for the part. The film was later remade. It was remade as The Breaking Point with John Garfield and Patricia Neal and then some years later it was redone as a movie with none other than Audie Murphy who as a matter of fact was very good in the part of Harry Morgan. So there you are two other versions of To Have and Have Not.
